Designed for travelers who want more than a place to sleep, this private one-bedroom condo gives you a warm and comfortable home base for Mt. Baker adventures. Spend the day skiing, hiking, exploring the river or wandering through the forest, then return to a glowing gas fireplace and the simple comfort of having everything you need close at hand.



Ideal for couples and comfortable for small families, Summit Suite combines mid century inspired character with practical modern updates.

GATHER AND UNWIND



The living room offers a comfortable place to slow down after a day in the mountains. Settle in beside the gas fireplace, stream a favorite show or enjoy the forest views through the garden window.



A small deck just off the living space gives you a quiet place to step outside with your morning coffee or breathe in the cool mountain air at the end of the day.



The remodeled kitchen includes quartz countertops, a refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, dishes and the everyday essentials needed to prepare meals at home. The nearby dining area works equally well for breakfast, evening meals, board games or planning the next day’s adventure.



An in unit washer and dryer make longer visits and wet mountain weather days much easier.



SLEEPING LAYOUT



Summit Suite is best suited for two guests but can accommodate up to four.



Bedroom:

• One queen bed

• Private bedroom with a door



Living room:

• One sleeper sofa for up to two additional guests

• The sleeper sofa is located in the shared living area and does not provide the same privacy as a separate bedroom



Bathroom:

• One full bathroom



Pricing is based on two guests. When the sleeper sofa will be needed, please include the correct number of guests with your reservation so we can prepare the additional bedding before arrival. An additional guest fee applies.

Snowater Resort is surrounded by forest near the community of Glacier and approximately 30 minutes from the Mt. Baker Ski Area.



The condo makes an easy year-round basecamp for skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, fishing and exploring the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest.



After the day’s adventure, return to the warmth of the fireplace, enjoy the resort pools and hot tubs or settle in for a peaceful evening beneath the trees.



DOGS ARE WELCOME



Up to two dogs are welcome with a pet fee of $35 per dog, per night. Please include your dogs with your reservation or contact us before arrival so we can prepare for their stay.



Dogs must remain leashed while on Snowater grounds and are not permitted inside the shared recreation buildings.

The Neighborhood:

Snowater Resort is one of Glacier’s most loved mountain communities, surrounded by towering evergreens, the glacier-fed Nooksack River and the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest.



Spread across approximately 20 forested acres, the community offers walking paths, river access and peaceful places to slow down between mountain adventures. Guests can follow the scenic River Walk toward the nearby Horseshoe Bend Trail or simply find a quiet place to enjoy the sound of the river.



Snowater’s shared amenities include two heated indoor pools, hot tubs, a sauna, fitness and game rooms, indoor sports courts, tennis and pickleball courts, playgrounds, picnic areas and a historic log cabin.



The small community of Glacier is just a few minutes away, with local restaurants, coffee and basic supplies nearby. Mt. Baker Ski Area is approximately 30 minutes up the highway, making Snowater a convenient year-round basecamp for skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, fishing and exploring the North Cascades.

Other Things to Note:

INTERNET AND CELL SERVICE



The condo has DSL WiFi that typically ranges from approximately 1 to 5 Mbps. It is generally suitable for email, basic browsing and light streaming, but may not support multiple high bandwidth devices or uninterrupted video calls.



Both Snowater recreation buildings offer high speed Starlink Wi-Fi for guests who need a faster connection.



Cellular service can be limited in Glacier and the surrounding mountain communities depending on your carrier.



As with any rural mountain location, internet, cellular service and power can occasionally be affected by storms, falling trees, weather or regional service interruptions.



SLEEPER SOFA AND ADDITIONAL GUESTS



The published rate is based on two guests. The living room sleeper sofa can accommodate up to two additional guests and is prepared when requested in advance.



Please include the correct number of guests with your reservation so the proper bedding can be provided. An additional fee of $25 per person, per night applies to guests using the sleeper sofa.



DOGS



Up to two dogs are welcome with a fee of $35 per dog, per night.



Dogs must remain leashed while on Snowater grounds and are not permitted inside the pools, recreation buildings, fitness areas or other shared indoor facilities.



RESORT AMENITIES



Snowater’s pools, hot tubs, sauna, fitness room, game rooms and recreational facilities are shared with other owners and guests.



The common buildings are generally open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Hours, maintenance schedules and individual amenity availability are managed by the Snowater association and may occasionally change.



RENTAL AGREEMENT



After booking, Luxury Getaways will send a guest rental agreement to the email address associated with your reservation. The agreement must be completed before arrival.



Please make sure your preferred email address is included with your reservation so we can send the agreement and arrival information without delay.



CHILDREN’S EQUIPMENT



A pack and play and highchair are available by advance request. Please let us know before arrival if you would like either item prepared for your stay.



ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING



Snowater Resort currently offers four shared EV chargers. Charging is arranged directly through the Snowater office and a $10 fee applies per charging session. Availability cannot be guaranteed, so advance arrangements are recommended.



MOUNTAIN LIVING



Summit Suite is located in a rural forest environment where guests may occasionally encounter insects, wildlife, snow, ice, heavy rain, falling branches or rapidly changing mountain weather.



Please do not leave food, pet food or garbage outside, as it may attract wildlife. During winter, guests should arrive prepared for snow and icy road conditions.
