Very pleasant chalet of 180 m2 made of old wood 4 km from the center of the village of Megève and 1.5 km from the Princesse lifts.
Ground floor: entrance, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single bunk beds, sauna, laundry room.
Garden level: Magnificent room including a living / dining room with open kitchen, a fireplace with double hearth which, on one side opens onto the living room and on the other side, onto a TV room area. Magnificent view of Mont Blanc. Terrace with tables and parasol.
Attic floor: A Master bedroom for 2 people with its bathroom.
Full of charm, very quiet residential area and very easy village access (very smooth passage).
NB: on the ground floor, the garage is inaccessible to tenants for the owner's needs.
Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a kitchen, a washing machine, and 4 bathrooms.

Special birthday/ skiing holiday

Beautiful property, the pictures don’t do it justice. Very tastefully decorated, amazing views, and the perfect chalet for a family of all ages to live in bliss for a holiday. We stayed with a party of 8 very comfortably for my wife’s 50th birthday, in fact it was so nice we spent pretty much all our time when we were not skiing in chalet. It was so warm, the contemporary fire was a nice added touch but not needed. We would definitely come back and stay if it wasn’t for the lack of snow (many of the runs were closed). The chalet is only a few minutes drive from the La Princesse gondola, but you do need a car as the roads are very step and narrow, no paths. It is a beautiful part of the world, we are glad we went, we could have just done with it being a bit colder (and have some snow).

Très beau chalet, bien situé dans un endroit calme face au Mont Blanc mais proche de tout, très confortable, bien meublé. Réellement l'impression d'être chez des amis.
