Super erholsamer Urlaub dank des schön eigerichteten Aussenbereichs. Betten waren angenehm. Ist zwar ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber haben in Riumar schon teurere Häuser gemietet mit weitaus weniger Flaire. Der Service war auch top.Im großen und ganzen war es der schönste Urlaub in Riumar.

A pesar de la semana tan importante a nivel de turísmo, creo que el precio es demasiado elevado en cuanto a las presentaciones de la casa. La piscina, genial El WiFi, malo. Igualmente la cobertura de la zona no es nada buena en general. Es obvio que la casa precisa una reforma y un mejor cuidado en general.

Le lieu trop loin de la ville rien à riumar village de vacances très triste , l’hébergement très bien avec l’extérieur manque vraiment des ustensiles de cuisine alors que quelqu’un de l’agence devait nous en ramener on attend toujours.😀

Camas y colchones a mejorar

La casa en general está bien, el jardín y la piscina es lo mejor que tiene. Lo malo han sido las camas, somieres un poco rotos y colchones muy muy usados e incómodos, deberían de hacer una renovación. Por otro lado, la nevera enfriaba demasiado y algún paquete de carne llegó a congelarlo y se puso malo, recomendamos para los nuevos inquilinos, que se fijen bien en la regulación de la temperatura al entrar en la casa. Por último, un vecino nos llamó la atención por tener música a nivel normal a las 11:30h de la mañana, vino la policía y comprobó que todo estaba dentro de la normalidad de estar haciendo ruido en la piscina con un poco de música y no pasó nada. Pero nos incomodó un poco ese vecino durante la semana, ya que somos personas adultas y responsables y tener un poco de música durante el día con volumen normal en el jardín, mientras estamos bañándonos, no era motivo de llamar la atención.

Está muy bien, pero...

En general la casa está muy bien, hay cosas que puede mejorar: los colchones son terribles todos, no hay uno que se salve, imposible dormir bien y teniendo en cuenta que te quedas allí mínimo una semana... pues estaría bien algo de mejor calidad, le falta lavavajillas y en el altillo hace demasiado calor por lo que es inutilizable. Lo mejor el exterior, la piscina es pequeña pero suficiente. En general una estancia agradable excepto por los colchones. Ubicación excelente.

Für 4 Personen ok.

Sehr schöne Außenanlage. Der Pool ist groß genug um Spaß zu haben. Leider waren uns die Matratzen zu hart und im großen Bett war der Federkern unwiderruflich spürbar. Die 2 Betten in der Galerie waren Trotz klima im Haus aufgrund der Wärme und der kaum vorhandenen Zirkulation des oberen Bereiches nicht nutzbar. Wir haben 1Matratze nach unten getragen. Die Agentur ist sehr nett und zügig. Bei Problemen war innerhalb von 10 min ein Mitarbeiter vor Ort, welcher diese aus dem Weg räumte.
