7 bedrooms 6 bathrooms Beautiful private estate sitting on 3 acres. Gorgeous spacious modern home. 12,000 square-foot home with double patios. Enjoy the peaceful grounds with plenty of room for everyone to have their privacy and enough space to get together in the living room family room and dining room. Just 3 miles from the beautiful Palm Beach ocean and 2 1/2 miles from the trendy Atlantic Avenue with amazing restaurants lounges and boutiques. Maximum 12 guests allowed on property at all times. Absolutely no parties.
The home is equipped with exterior cameras for the safety of all guests as well as the home’s protection.
The home comes with interior cameras in all common areas but are disabled and not in use.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 6 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 7 bedrooms and a dining area. Unbelievable House, Great Location!

We rented the house for my annual guys trip, let me tell you the pictures do not do it justice, the house is just amazing and even after hours of exploring you still notice all kinds of neat decorations, and can tell a tremendous amount of love and thought has been put into the design and upkeep of the house, the backyard, was great too, all of the furniture was in great shape, etc... the location is great just a few minutes west of 95 on linton, convenient to everything, walmart a mile away, every retail place you can think of within a mile, etc.. Amazing event venue as well, you can just see the potential for it!
