This cute cozy studio apartment has a working kitchen. We offer a full size bed and a single size futon in the living room. Our location is superb as it is walking distance to Publix supermarket, CVS and Walgreens pharmacies. A quick one mile ride will bring you to the beautiful public beach and the exciting action packed Atlantic Avenue with over 30 restaurants, entertainment, and many speciality shops. The City Of Delray offers free rides to the Avenue and the beach just download their app RIDE FREEBEE and they will pick you up at your door. We have a common area with outside tables/chairs and a gas grill.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
