Great stay!

Loved our time here! We had 3 kids in tow, ages 9-15. They can all swim and loved the pool.

Excellent property

Property was well appointed and had all the needs of home while on vacation. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. The proximity to the beach or Atlantic Ave worked well for our family with a rental car, although a golf cart rental would have been great fun. The kids loved the outdoor space. The pool was very clean and there were plenty of seats whether you wanted to be in the sun or shaded We enjoyed our time at Goodtime and would be looking forward to staying at the property in the future.

Fabulous house!!!

This house was so beautiful. The decor was amaxing. I felt like I was on Love Island! Location was great too so close to the beach and Atlantic avenue but the house was such a gem anf so well taken care of we rarely wanted to leave. We will definitely be back

The place is just as adorable as it looks. We just loved it. I do wish the pool and hot tub could both be heated at the same time for this time of year, but our point of contact for communication, Karly, was soooo responsive and goes above and beyond - truly. Outstanding service and so friendly to work with. This place is fantastic and having Karly for anything needed was perfect!! I would LOVE to stay here again!!!!

We had the BEST time at this property for my bachelorette trip! The photos are accurate & we loved the patio/pool, and the location was perfect for getting to all the fun spots nearby.Our host was responsive and accommodating, making check-in and check-out seamless. One thing to note for future guests: the host/posting said there were 5 bedrooms, but there are actually 4 — one master (king) and three other bedrooms with queen/full beds. Two of those rooms had cots to sleep on, which worked fine for us, but they weren’t traditional Murphy beds. Just something to keep in mind for planning sleeping arrangements and we had to adjust accordingly. Overall, we made amazing memories here and would definitely recommend this property for a group trip!

Weekend with family

The property was incredible! Looked just like the pictures!! Resort style backyard. The property manager was very responsive to all my questions no matter the time of day. Our only surprise was the added charge to heat the hot tub. We didn't mind paying for it but I think the fee should have been listed in the details of the house. We look forward to staying here again.

Florida Hollywood

Decorating is impeccable but not always practical. Minute we arrived a landscape worker knocked on the door to tell us he was looking around property. Small ants in the main bathroom. Previous guests had cracked window in door out to the pool, which made us cautious about that door. Neighborhood was not what we expected. Outside Garbage cans overflowing in neighborhood. Last day to relax before leaving lawn service and pool service arrived.

Not worth the price

The property itself was good however we had a significant problem with cockroaches and although we sent multiple messages to the property manager there was never even a response let alone any action. They also claimed we stained some towels and rug which we did not and took 185 bucks from our deposit. Not enough bathtowels for the number of people and no dish towels at. The area is not great so need to drive everywhere. Overall not great and would not recommend renting it
