Enjoy all of Delray without the high prices. This home is nice and clean with a new Deck for grilling and chilling. Located in a quiet safe suburban neighborhood. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths baths with dining area, two desks for working and and full kitchen with are basic amenities. Tastefully decorated and furnished with new area carpets and fenced back yard and garage. Great for short stays, corporate housing or Traveling nurses.
This home is a super bargain for those that need a longer term stay without the high Delray Beach Prices.
Owner lives nearby and can take care of any unforeseen problems.
Great location for getting on either I95 or the Turnpike.

Exceeded expectations! Very clean, lots of supplies, Host (Richard) responded promptly, friendly, and offered recommendations on local things to do - he wanted our stay to be enjoyable. Older neighborhood location, but for the price we’d stay here again!

AMAZING STAY
Thomas was the BEST BEST BEST host anyone can ask for. We had an issue with our flights and rental car but Thomas came to the rescue. He trusted us as strangers and allowed us to borrow his car for our clinical rotations. What a guy!!! We arrived to a beautiful home with ZERO issues and a few welcome snacks and goodies in the fridge! I hope to stay here again and again. Thomas was so accommodating and recommended some great local food.
