This beautiful large 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with swimming pool in the heart of Downtown Delray Beach is walking distance to EVERYTHING! Restaurants, bars, shops, movie theater, and the most beautiful beach!

The house is very well decorated and appointed and has a large beautiful fenced-in turf garden that you will love spending time in.

Use the well-appointed kitchen or grill to cook your meals. Eat outside by the pool or in the lovely dining room.

This will be an Airbnb to remember!

The house is located just 2.5 blocks from Atlantic Ave (high-end shopping, dining, amphitheater, green market,etc). Plus, it's minutes away from the beach!

The property is very well appointed and completely renovated... New kitchen and new bathrooms. 50" in. Smart TV and WiFi. You will be very comfortable.

During your stay I'll be available via phone or text.

Very popular and cute neighborhood. Extremely pedestrian friendly. There's always something to do whether it be listen to live music or try some great food and drinks at a local trendy restaurant. Downtown Delray is really an up-and-coming town with a lot to offer!

Plenty of parking right in front of the house on the driveway. You can also get around for free using the Freebee (A local golf cart service that picks you up and drops you off anywhere you want in the local area... No need to even tip them!). The Freebee has an app you download onto your smartphone and works pretty much like Uber or Lyft. It's really cool and many people here use it to get around if you don't feel like walking.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
