It starts with the heated, salt water pool with fashionable lounge chairs and umbrellas, then it's off to a game of corn hole or maybe a challenge between the golf enthusiasts at the private putting green... then, it's time for cocktails under the covered patio, equipped with a 75-inch smart TV for your entertainment, followed by the sizzle of the BBQ grill and that great dinner you've been anticipating. SWIMMING POOL: Relax and unwind by the beautiful heated saltwater pool at Flamingo Palms. The spacious pool deck, surrounded by swaying palm trees, is the perfect spot to soak up the sun. Enjoy the privacy of your own outdoor oasis and lounge on the inviting poolside chairs.

CLEANING - We take cleaning very seriously at the Flamingo Palms House. The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized (up to the CDC guidelines) and inspected before each stay to ensure your comfort, safety, and enjoyment.

FREE TRANSPORTATION to Atlantic Ave or the Beach - Golf Cart to Atlantic Avenue and the Beach - It's free. The Flamingo Palms House is located in the Delray FREEBEE service area. The FREEBEE is Delray Beach’s "point-to-point" transportation service that uses all electric vehicles and provides passengers with a fun and eco-friendly way around downtown.

INTERNET CONNECTIVITY – Flamingo Palms offers high-speed Wi-Fi (150 Mbps), ensuring that whether you need to handle a little business while on vacation, indulge in streaming shows or movies, or share a few social media posts, The Flamingo Palms House has all your internet needs taken care of.

Details regarding all bedding and linens: • Beds feature high-quality (800 count) cotton sheets and pillowcases in white. • Each bed is set with 2- 4 pillows and white blankets. • All bath and hand towels are white and made of high-end cotton. • Pool/Beach towels (striped – not white) are provided to guests and are located in a basket near the kitchen.

General Areas –
The Dining Room - Located adjacent to the living area, table seats up to 8 guests. There is also a six-top table on the covered outdoor dining for breakfast and intimate dinners.

The Living Room - In the well-lit and roomy living area, you'll find a generously sized sofa and a 75” Smart TV.

The Kitchen - Chef's will enjoy our completely renovated kitchen, fully furnished with all the essentials for cooking and hosting your guests in style. From cookware to glassware (for water, wine, martinis, and champagne), dinnerware, outdoor plasticware for the pool deck, cooking utensils, Keurig coffee makers, electric tea kettle, toaster and a blender – we've got you covered. Create meals and celebrate quality moments effortlessly. Additionally, basic cleaning supplies are provided to ensure your convenience.

The Game Area - Step outside and discover your private outdoor oasis. Challenge your friends and family to a friendly game of cornhole or test your putting skills on the putting green.

What else can you expect at Flamingo Palms House?

Supplies provided - You’re on vacation… the last thing that you need to do is worry about the basics. To get you started, we will provide three rolls of paper towels in the kitchen, dishwasher soap, and 3 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. We also provide dish soap in the kitchen and hand soap in all bathrooms.

The Laundry Room - Feel free to use our washer and dryer located just off the living room.

BBQ Grill - The grill is powered by propane. We have a backup tank if needed.

Landscape Maintenance – Professional landscaping service is provided once a week usually on Wednesday or Thursday morning. So, please don't be alarmed if you briefly see the team that takes care of this on-site. They are efficient professionals and will only be there for about 20-30 minutes.

Trash and Recycle Services - The City of Delray picks up trash (large grey/black bin with wheels) in front of the house every Monday and Thursday morning. They offer recycle pick up every Thursday morning along with trash service (Yellow and blue tubs). Simply place your trash and recycling in these bins, and we'll move them to the street for collection on the designated days. Relax and enjoy your vacation; we've got it covered!

Parties & Events - The Flamingo Palms House is situated in a residential neighborhood where local ordinances prohibit excessively loud music or noise. As a policy, we do not permit parties, receptions, or events. However, small gatherings like birthdays or bachelorette parties are allowed but only for the guests staying at the house (up to 8 people) provided there is no excessive noise.

Parking – If you are bringing a car(s), our side parking area provides ample parking for three cars.
