Great location

This is an older apartment that has been touched up a bit. The location is spectacular for downtown Delray. It is an upstairs unit without an elevator. Wasn’t a problem for us, but just wanted people to know. Our property manager was excellent with texting and responding. We will consider staying here again primarily because of the location. It’s not fancy, but it’s more than adequate.
