This condo offers total home away from home comfort for extended stay in stunning Delray, FL.

There is a large and fully equipped kitchen perfect for home cooked meals. Meals can be had at the counter seating provided or at a the separate dining space right off the kitchen

This condo offers two spacious bedrooms and two full bath. Primary bedroom has walk in shower. Both showers have state of the art rain heads and wands for spa like experience.

Bedroom one has very comfortable king size bed, extra large walk in closet, and private full bath.

Bedroom two has a large queen size bed, large closet and full bath immediately outside bedroom door.
Linens are provided.

Enjoy outdoor seating in a roomy screened-in porch overlooking the water fountain in the lake.

Additional amenities include smart flat screen TVs in living room and each bedroom. High speed internet has been installed. Full washer and dryer right in the unit to make the extended say more convenient.

Delray Racquet Club is a resort style community with 2 heated swimming pools, spa, newly updated gym and private tennis courts. This complex is conveniently located right off I-95, near several supermarkets, restaurants, malls, pharmacies, and shops. It is a little over 1 mile to the beach and 5 minutes to Atlantic Ave restaurants and shops! Endless options for fun or relaxation.

Minimum stay of 30 days required per condo complex.

No pets and no smoking allowed. Cleaning fee of $200 will apply per stay. Additional cleanings can be scheduled, if desired.

Rentals are subject to Association approval, a fee of $150.00 is charged per approval application.
