The Guest Manual Binder is on the desk in the living room. The hot water is delivered on demand through the tankless water heater. If it's cold outside, run water for a few minutes, it will get hot quickly. Please keep the AC/Heaters no lower then 65 degrees or they will freeze up.

Fantastic place to stay

The owners were extremely nice and made an effort to make sure we were enjoying our stay. They came by to see if we needed anything and ran out for supplies when we told them we were low on toilet paper. The units were well kept and beautifully renovated so we felt like we were at a 5 star hotel

Everything was great. Comfortable bed, new towels and linens. Really nice backyard experience with fire pit, pool and outside dining. Great job owners!!

BEWARE!!! Do NOT book this property !!! SEWER odor throughout this tiny space.

The photos on the listing do not depict how tiny the space is. Barely fits 4 with SEWER odor originating from kitchen sink. Pool is dirty and tiny and you are supposed to share with 4 other units. Must keep all blinds closed or your neighbors will see you. Selling point is the “backyard”. Do not fall for this trap. It is dark as their lighting has not been updated with new bulbs. Fire pit is not for use - could not make s’mores. Most importantly, HOST was condescending and every issue was countered with an elaborate fancy explanation and a persistent need to “send someone right over to fix the issue”. No WIFI throughout my stay. Neighborhood is run down with unkept homes surounding the property. Very pricey for what you get You can get SO MUCH MORE for your money at a 5 star hotel!!! Do not waste your money Do not engage with this host who just wastes your time with senseless responses to should have been AVOIDABLE issues in the FIRST place. The hosts Lisa/Sandra are making promises for a great stay but sadly did not DELiVER!!!!
