We had to wait more than 4 hours to check-in, the rooms were not ready. This is when the staff already knew we had a child and a senior, they kept it very casual. Finally got into the rooms at 1645.

The staff were so accommodating, kind, patient, knowledgeable and happy. The area felt very safe, good restaurants in the beautiful mall, easy to hail cabs and the hotel was easy to get to from the hotel. Our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and even though there was chaos outside from just the local traffic, our hotel room felt calm. We’d stay again without hesitation

Best Staff Ever, Caring and Warm

Great Location, easy connectivity to major shopping areas, amazing choice of restaurants next door. This is a great hotel for business trips and transit in Delhi. We were with family and had connecting rooms which was a true pleasure. Cleanliness can be improved, it's decent. Staff is absolutely a delight, extremely helpful and resourceful. Front office staff Indra & Bhuwan went out of their way to guide us and help us and we are very Thankful to them. Jyoti in food and Bhan in service were also very caring and took pride in their work. Such a pleasure to have warm and caring staff. Only con is that the wine shop opposite may not be best suited atmosphere for family with small children.
