My overall experience was not at all satisfied as compared to other similar Hotels as it started on s bad note when I wait for 10mins to check-in and then only 1lift was working due to which there was a lot of waiting in boarding the lift by fellow people too and same goes with the Check-Out when I waited for 7-8 mins again.

Terrible Stay. Worst Property by Taj.

Such a terrible stay. At Reception, water dripping from AC, In Room AC Compressor was making Big Noise (had to ask for change of room), Room upkeep was Bad. Broadly Infrastructure was Good but Maintenance & Staffs were Terrible. I am a Taj member but never saw such Bad Hotel. Not sure if I will book in Taj again.

The young differently abled lady serving tea at the entrance to the breakfast area was exceptional. Transportation manager Dheeraj was very helpful when there was some confusion due to miscommunication among staff members regarding my ride back to the airport. Overall, my experience was great during my stay this time.
