Guest access
Guests will have an absolute access to everything in the studio and all the balconies Guests can can use the common lounge, garden, kitchen and lobby area. You will be able to use the common living room which is equipped with cozy couches. We also have collection of interesting books, board and card games.

There are multiple rooms in the building. They are also available on a longer term stay like a week or even months - please check for special discounts on those.

The room allocated to you may vary slightly from the one shown here, but they are identical in terms of facilities and amenities. Depending on the vacancy we can accommodate requests for particular rooms as well. Please do check with the staff upon check in.
Other things to note
Early Check-In Policy:

• 10:00-12:00 hrs: 20% of room rate (subject to availability).
• 08:00-10:00 hrs: 50% of room rate (subject to availability).
• Before 08:00 hrs: Full room rate (subject to availability).

This implies that guests checking in before 08:00 hrs will essentially be charged for an additional night. Adjust the timings and fees if necessary based on your specific hotel operations and requirements.

Late Check-Out Policy:

• 11:00-13:00 hrs: 15% of room rate (subject to availability).
• 13:00-15:00 hrs: 20% of room rate (subject to availability).
• 15:00-17:00 hrs: 50% of room rate (subject to availability).
• After 17:00 hrs: Full room rate (subject to availability).

This structure implies that guests checking out after 17:00 hrs will be charged for an additional night. Adjust the policy as necessary based on your specific hotel operations and requirements.
