Hotel staff unprofessional and untidy room
Hotel staff was unprofessional, they entered into our room in middle of the night around 3am with master key for no reason. There was constant commotion made by hotel staff till 3 AM and we couldn't sleep with that noise.

Some of the rooms do not have windows. Feels claustrophobic. Asked front desk to change my room with a window. They agreed to do. But that did not happen. Overall is a good hotel at a nice location.
