I have chosen this hotel based on the Shared hotel Feedback as well Hotel profile over Internet. However the Hotel is Centrally located and near by the Railway Station. House keeping was Ok but the room interior was not Catchy, the Wardrobe was very Dusty. The shower was not well maintained, thus water was spreading here & there in the bathroom all the time I had took a shower. On the positive side, the bedding was comfortable. Hotel house keeping Staff was not well Groomed but was Courteous enough to provide you decent Service experience. If you are Planning for early hotel Check-out and want some of the bread piece or breakfast to be Packed and delivered it to you. Than just to update you Restaurant team may serve you the Buffet but they do not keep anything like Aluminium Foil i.e. for Packing the food stuff. Though I left around 7:15am and opted to had the breakfast outside the hotel. One more thing to Alert you - Never take Auto from outside the hotel Since the Charges levy by Auto drivers were Furious and even I have observed one of the hotel guy who is standing outside the hotel for guidance, doesn't guide u or say update u that the asking money by the Auto drivers is not Appropriate.. Though please travel at your Own Risk if you are hiring the auto Without meter charges and new to the Place.

We have chosen this hotel based on the pictures we saw on the internet and on the comments we read. The reality we found was far from the pictures. To start with the location. The hotel is conveniently located not far from Connaught Circus, but the neighborhood is not appealing at all, extremely noisy, dirty and polluted. The hotel itself is far from the modern look the pictures project. It is clean but requires a serious effort of maintenance. In our room, several lamps were out of order, some electric wires were coming out of their sockets, one wall had 2 holes in the plaster. The Italian shower had its shower head placed outside the partition, thus spreading water throughout the whole bathroom each time we took a shower. We mostly had cold water throughout our stay. We had consistent problems with the a/c. The room air was stuffy and smelled of mildew. On the positive side, one may mention the quietness of the rooms located on the back of the building, the comfortable bedding, the fridge with a selection of drinks and the courtesy tray. The breakfast was a complete Indian breakfast, with few additions to please foreigners. It was however not sufficient for us. The price was reasonable.
Our first visit to this hotel was very good but on this second visit we were given an inferior room. There were holes in the ceiling where light fittings should have been and the walls were in need of some attention, plaster and painting. The bedding was clean and so thank you for that. The room was generally clean and it is a fair priced budget hotel. We asked the hotel for a taxi to our airport hotel and they arranged one for us from their inhouse travel company, Travel O Holidays. We paid the hotel 600 Rupees in advance. The driver could not find our hotel even though we had given him the address and he stopped numerous times to ask directions. An hour and a half later we asked to be dropped at Aerocity to find another hotel and the driver then asked for another 200 Rupees! We refused to pay anything more for failing to find our hotel and driving around for so long!! We had to cancel our original hotel booking and book another. The hotel should have ensured that the driver knew where he was going.
Had a super comfortable safe trip by myself as a young female traveller to Agra from New Dehli to see the Taj Mahal, I was very well looked after and got to customise the trip on how I wanted to spend it easily at a reasonable price. Great communication before and after the trip too, thank you!
Thanks to Mr.Rafiq for the superb service make our trip memorable. Hotel was good, spacious room with nice breakfast. He answered all the questions wisely regarding the tour. Totally reccommended to others.
Rooms are good and cleaning is good. Complementary breakfast is perfect. Behaviour of receptionist and all other staff is good. The staff are really cooperative and helpful. It has good access to all places. Hotel is located near to RK ashram metro station.
We stayed at the Pearl hotel for 2 nights. Stuff was really nice and helpful, but the food that we got fot the breakfast wasnt the best at all. Juice is mixed with water, food is not tasty, even noodles that we got for dinner were too oily. The biggest minus of our room was that we didnt have a single window, so it made us feel like we dont know what time it is, because you cant see sun. Area of the hotel is not the safest too.
