I spent five hours at the hotel with my kids after arriving from a late flight, feeling completely exhausted. We decided to go to the restaurant where some cakes were displayed in the fridge. My son saw one and was very eager to have a slice.
When I asked the server for just a slice, he checked with another staff member, and I was told they don’t serve slices — only full cakes. What was even more disappointing was that they seemed to be discussing the price among themselves in their own language, seemingly deciding on a quote arbitrarily.
All the while, my son was crying and struggling, and despite seeing this, the staff showed no concern or effort to assist. I left feeling incredibly disappointed and frustrated.
This experience was far from family-friendly, and I would not recommend this hotel to families with kids. The lack of empathy and poor service was unacceptable.
