Very helpful staff in the check in and breakfast areas.

Enjoyed my stay but would never eat at the hotel restaurant. Charged a 33 % tax and service charge at the restaurant. Payed 1263 INR for a hamburger and coke........ridiculous!

Really enjoyed our stay at the Metropolitan. The staff was incredibly hospitable and accommodating. Great breakfast buffet, and convenient location for seeing many of the sights around New Delhi.

Definitely recommend staying at this hotel. Very well managed property & friendly Staff. Excellent service from Check-In to bell captain, housekeeping to Buffet staff @ Zing Restaurant. Several stays recently.

A Very Good Hotel property, conveniently located very close to CP ( Connaught Place), very well managed and most friendliest & helpful staff. All the way from security to bell captain, front desk housekeeping and staff at the Zing for breakfast Buffet. I was under the weather and they remembered how I take my tea with ginger and honey with lemon.

Nice clean room with all amenities. Excellent breakfast buffet!!

The Metro is clean, friendly, and resourceful. Travel desk agent helped in organizing trip to Taj Mahal. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Room is beautifully designed. Shop is a bit expensive, but great for souvenirs. The fact that it includes a spa, is a plus!

Great staff, modern decor, and wonderful food at the restaurants. The check in experience was seamless and front desk staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again on my next trip to New Delhi.

Feel good in hotel every where , all staffs are good and nice

Overall okay but bed and blankets to be better quality sheets

Please make sure you tell you want a no smoking room otherwise they will give a smoking room and the room has a old carpet and it smells a lot

Just spent a few days at the Met on this trip - because their Diwali season rates were too expensive for my budget. But it's always a pleasure to encounter the clean spacious rooms, the friendly and supportive staff, the nice swimming pool and delicious breakfast. Good, spacious hot showers, plenty of inexpensive snacks in the minibar, comfortable beds, good pillows... For those who worry about being in teh most upscale neighborhood this may not be the best choice - but I find the Kali Mandir and Gurudwala add interest and activity to my visits , and have never felt unsafe taking a tuktuk or walking in the neighborhood.

We stayed in only 5+ hotels during our trip to India, and while not a 5 star, this was my favorite in a pricing, service, and quality standpoint.

I had stayed over in Delhi to meet with a prospective publisher. The hotel staff were very helpful and I would definitely go back to stay with them again. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel - food was awesome. Five star experience.

Great base for a few days stay in Delhi. Easy to get to Connaught Square, metro is located close by and staff are very helpful.

Highly recommended for a clean, high quality hotel with excellent service well located within walking distance to Connaught Place. Service was friendly, kind, attentive, very helpful. Beautiful outdoor pool. Food and drinks -good range, though expensive .

Breakfast buffet is excellent! Large nice rooms and marble bathroom. And so is location near central Delhi. Great for foreigners too who are not familiar with Delhi and want to be in a central location. Its a nice hotel but its more 4star than 5 star, e.g. I would say, the lobby is nice but not fantastic as you expect in a 5 star hotel. Still very good in all respects and worth the value if you book on some online hotel booking - I got about $90 per night! It used to be the Nikko hotel. I used to live in Delhi for 18 years, and now am in US for 25 years. I visit Delhi every year, so I think I know what I am talking about !!

I stayed at this hotel for business. I stayed in deluxe room but I think that every room is the same size(I had stayed in standard room and my colleague stayed in club room). Maybe the difference is service. In Standard room rate Internet is not included. If you stay in club room, you can go to club in the evening. If you travel other city and come back, you can let the hotel keep your luggage. This hotel is located a little bit far away from Connaught Place, so you could better take a auto or taxi(It is dangerous to go outside in the evening). Sometimes there is a party in the swimming pool in the evening. It is very noisy. But there are kind staffs, good Breakfast and clean and comfortable room at this hotel.

Hotel is in a good location close to Connaught Place. Beds are good, showers interestring. Good security.

Good location for central Delhi. Cab service at hotel is priced the same as on the street. House cars are as usual for hotels. Internet good. Breakfast buffet is ok.
