Quick Advice: If this property offers upgrade dont take it and if they say anything verbally dont believe them unless it is in writing. I booked Non-Smoking . They upgraded me without me asking but gave me a smoking room. I realized it after settling in the room. We were so tired and had no energy to argue and change but the smoke smell just got worse and in the morning couldnt wait to get out of the room. The front desk CLEARLY (but only verbally)told me that breakfast was included as part of the upgrade. In the morning i was nauseous from the smoke smell and not even hungry.I had a few bites and coffee before stepping out and was billed $30. It felt like i was tricked just get few extra dollars .

V attentive staff, nice room, great shower and bed. The lounge was good, food there excellent, just a shame spa and gym facilities closed for refurbishment, which is understandable and we were told before arrival, I would recommend this hotel.

Top notch food!

Well appointed and super clean rooms. Buffet for both breakfast abd dinner was superb, with excellent live music during subday brunch. Would highly recommend. Good central location with proximity to north abd south delhi, aiport, and Nizamuddin train station to Agra. Highly recommend this oasis in the delhi chaos.

Staff at this venue were genuinely supportive. Example was when I had a medical emergency and they arranged to get me to a hospital ASAP. A negative point is certain rooms are not as sound proof as you expect from a 5-star hotel, particularly if there is a wedding ceremony and guests are staying at
