Radisson Blu Marina Hotel Connaught Place4.5 out of 5.0

The property is extremely run down and does not match up to the Radisson group name. The staff is pleasant, the location excellent. However, there was leakage in multiple rooms and seems the management is aware and don't do anything about it. They claim it's a heritage property, however there is a difference between 'heritage' and 'run down'. Being on the main road, it can get extremely noisy. Surely not recommended to stay.
A very nice and cozy hotel in the centre of the city. Very friendly staff and management. Hassle free check inns and superb place for business meetings. The balcony with the room adds the spark. You cannot recognise you are sitting in Cp.
Good staff, good room. However, only thing I was not very comfortable with was, I could hear all the noise outside, while the staff were doing room service for other rooms. All in all, I liked the room and was comfortable during my stay
We spent 5 days in Delhi as part of our tour and got a 1st floor room at the Radisson. From the start the staff were friendly, helpful, polite and courteous. The room was more than adequate and both the room and bathroom was very clean and tidy. The little things made all the difference, the gift in our room for Diwali, the extra tea and coffee because we asked the first time, the knowledge of the reception staff being second to none. And to top it off, we were travelling for a week and they allowed us to leave our excess luggage in their hotel until our return. First class, thank you.
Very pleasant & comfortable stay at Radisson Blu New Delhi. Good security Delicious food. Helpful, polite & respectful staff. Clean rooms. Very comfortable bed. No English TV!! Internet sometimes a bit strained & slow.
Was little weary reading the review here, but the hotel matched the Radisson Blu standards; decent and clean rooms, courteous front desk, and the icing on the cake was the location!! Would recommend if your work is round central delhi
Should improve on client hospitality, warm people should be recruited by hotel authorities, they never empathize with a tiring patron Untrained employees are not aware of hotel policies and they are repeatedly asking for credit card details at the time of check in
My wife & teenaged daughter are in delhi staying at this hotel. After a long& tiring day they come back at 8 pm & find that the room still hasn't been cleaned. On complaining to the front desk/duty officer ( i wont take names , as its someones career at stake here) was extremely rude & spoke very badly , to my already tired wife. Is this the way a Radisson Blu hotel trains its staff ?? very poor image .. will never recommend this hotel to anyone ... I hope they tender an apology and atleast have some courtesy when 2 women are staying alone in a new city..... very very dissapointed... radisson blu has not even bothered to respond to my tweets .... suggest you skip this hotel when in delhi .....
The hotel was nice. Location is fantastic. Rajiv Chowk Metro station just a stones throw away. Lively area. The rooms & the hotel was nice. Thought the rooms were very small. The breakfast Buffet was nice. The water force was nice in the bathrooms & even had really hot water.
Hotel staff are very helpful, friendly and go out of the way please us. Rooms are clean. Located at the heart of Connaught Place. Entrance to the hotel is not visible. Hotel building is a Colonial age construction. We were therefor 2 nights as part of our Golden Triangle trip
