It was my first stay there but i felt really comfortable and the services were satisfactory. Neat and spacious rooms. Staff was really approachable and communicative. Was a good stay overall and would like to visit again!!!!

The staff are so helpful and friendly. The food was amazing. You must try dinner and breakfast at Sping restaurant. Sidhardha was great! Rooms clean and comfortable beds. Also pretty quiet when you need a break from the organised kaos..

Stayed for 3 days before our tour started: Pros: - only 30 mins from the airport - staff at the Restaurant is very good - best man there is Prabhat Kumar Singh because he helped us a lot and was very friendly - 5 mins to the metro which is easy to use and cheap - buses aren't far away either Neutral: - takes you 1h to the centre - breakfast and buffet (a la carte is much better) Cons: - reception staff doesn't care at all and unfriendly - pool was not accessible due to a film shoot and no one cared about our complains - can't take any drinks inside the hotel - room are clean but worn off - housekeeping is not the best - prices for drinks are higher than in Germany All in all I wouldn't necessarily stay there again because it is not worth the amount of money for what you get. Sad to say but true.

Comfortable. Great staff and service. Good food and facilities. Room service was a bit slow Rooms were comfortable and beds and pillows very good. Clean. There was s a shopping mall which is convenient.

Amazing Experience in this beautiful Hotel. The food amazing, very convenient to explore the city of New Delhi with the metro station. The crew is very helpful for any questions you have to make in reference of the city.

A very nice hotel, and the location is both good and bad. Just a few minutes walk from the metro making travelling around easy and inexpensive, but it is also a very big city so you spend a lot of time on the train. Ishwar Kumar the concierge executive went out of his way to be helpful to us. He even used his own phone to call the Taxi which we had arranged online ourselves when it failed to turn up on time. The only criticism I would give the hotel is that at breakfast they need a coffee station so guests can help themselves rather than order from the waiters which is a little slow in this area. Wife and daughter both used the pool which they said was nice. Supermarket downstairs under the hotel which is very handy for bits and pieces. We got the same exchange rate at the hotel as we did in Delhi, although we got a much better exchange once we left Dehli. Visited Arkshadam temple, Lotus temple, ISKON temple and Lohdi Gardens. Lodhi gardens was my favourite, and the Arkshadam is also very good. But dont take bags or phones with you as they have to be left at the cloakroom which takes time. Security is very tight all over. We used the metro a lot, very very frequent trains, very cheap and feels very safe. When the trains were packed, my wife and daughter would travel in the first carriage as this is women only, and I would be in the one behind. This is our first visit to India, although we have travelled extensively in Asia, but we were still a little apprehensive. However it has been much easier than we expected.

very good hotel and nice feeling, internet service is good and food. The room is very nice and clean. There is a small shopping mall below the hotel. Great food quality and services. A good option in Delhi near the airport.

We stayed in room no. 829 it was an amazing stay. The room was very clean . The service provided by Govind Kumar 3 from housekeeping was excellent. He is very dedicated towards his job. He is very polite

Had a very bad experience. The staff in the reception lack professionalism. The stay was not comfortable. Was provided a room without proper locking system of the door . Was not able to sleep the second night of stay since they accommodated a group of school children in all the nearby rooms who were screaming and playing all night .After paying in full in advance, a preauthorisation amount of ₹5000 was charged to my credit card which till date has not been refunded even after settling all the bills during checkout. Will not recommend.

The room is very nice and clean. They provide complimentary fruit platter. There is a small shopping mall below the hotel. But please avoid the Chinese restaurant called "rice" which belongs to the hotel. This is the only experience in my whole life being charged RS1000 for two bowls of rice!!! Before tax!!! Is this the reason that the name of the restaurant is "rice"? Famous for unbelievably expensive rice? This is so crazy! I'm a Chinese, usually all the rice I ordered in every restaurant in the world costs not more than RS100. Rice is the basic food that human beings live upon! not luxury, not lobster! And the tastes of every dish is basically the same. They are expensive, and please trust the word from a Chinese, those are not authentic Chinese food.
