Wonderful hotel in Aerocity, perfect for a layover of a night or two. The rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean, there is a nice gym as well as a pool, and a varied breakfast too. There are nearby shops and restaurants (walking distance), and it is easy to Uber into the city if you want to explore for the day. I would choose Pride again for future Delhi layovers.

Considering it as a 5* property staff were definately not 5* standard, property didn't even care to give a kind hospitality when guest is checked in and when they are checking out. Not even a smile on front desk as if they just want to to complete the check in formalities and move ahead. Glad we only stayed 1 Night and in this 1 Night from front desk to restaurant staff we can see a non-friendly approach from the staff and they need to improve big time as they are 5* property.

I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent hotel experience booked through Expedia. The reservation was made and paid in full approximately three weeks in advance. However, when my 78-year-old aunt arrived at the hotel, the staff had no record of the booking. She was made to wait for over two hours before being given a room—an unacceptable delay, especially for an elderly traveler preparing for a long-haul flight. This experience was not only frustrating but also deeply distressing. It raises serious concerns about the hotel's operational competence and its integration with online booking platforms like Expedia. Whether this was a failure on the part of the hotel staff or a system issue, the result was the same: a complete breakdown in service. This was, without question, one of the worst travel experiences we've encountered. Comfort and reliability are critical, especially in moments like these. I strongly advise against staying at this property.
