We were very disappointed with this hotel. incompetent staff right from the beginning. we had booked a car with them to pick us up from another location to do a tour which never turned up. Also on departure they were suppose to arrange a complimentary taxi back to airport which they had forgotten to do due to their incompetent staff which they did finally do after arguing with them only to have a taxi driver that drove like a mad man to the airport due to us getting late. rooms were spacious. we had booked on the internet and made it very clear that we had requested a window that opens and on arrival no windows could be opened. room was clean but basic cold showers .there was a indoor rooftop restaurant which was freezing cold . The breakfast was average which was buffet service of mainly Indian food . The hotel is close to the railway station. I would not recommend walking around at nighttime outside this hotel as it did not look very safe.I personally would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Had a short stay at this little wonderland. From a guard to the manager everybody seemed to be interested about my comfort. Almost everything was perfect in terms of the claimed of room to air-conditioning. I was satisfied with with the food but it can be better none the less. Proximity to train station is a huge advantage, you'll probably have to stroll for a minute to get to the train station. Just be careful of the traffic at the underpass junction. You can always request some help from the security guard to help you in this regard. Thrill help you with an ear to ear smile. Definite candidate for a repeat stay, without a second thought.

My friend and I stayed for one night in the hussle and bussle of Delhi. The hotel is not my favorite but served for the one night. Despite that our room did not have a window, it was well aired with little smell. We had two single beds and were provided free water bottles. The cleanliness wasn't the best factor of the place but the helpful and friendly staff made up for it. In European terms it would need a bit of a makeover but it was fine for one night. Would I go again - if I had to, yes.

This was my second visit to this hotel. The room and the bed was large enough for 2 adults and one kid. They have a roof top restaurant. Food was good and reasonably priced. Hotel price was also reasonable. Some of he rooms face the back side road of the hotel. Some noise kept coming from that road throughout the night. Just spent 10 hours (9 pm to 7 am) at this place. Stay was comfortable.

Value for money.. really close by to everything.. good food.. great service by the hotel staff.. Mr. Mahesh Kumar in particular has been of great help and aid. Clean and well maintained rooms. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel is great and maximum luxury for minimum price. The entire staff was very helpful and great service by them specially Mr. Mahesh Kumar. The staff was very cordial. The food quality is excellent.

The only plus point is that this hotel is very near to New Delhi Railway Station. The Reception is Average. The room was not so good and the Bathroom was just average. The room service was quick and the food was alright. Stay only if you have to catch a train at odd hours else avoid if possible.

Good: near to Delhi railway station, good vegetarian breakfast, spacious room. Bad: lobby looks like a messy store room, room and furnitures were dirty, hotel corridor was creepy, toilet was dirty, I swear I heard rats on my ceiling and inside the cabinet, last but not least in the email to me this hotel told me taxi charge for Agra drop off is 4500, but in the end they forced me to pay 6500. Verdict: avoid if you can, I dont understand why this hotel has been designated as 3 stars, it should be lower.

The receptionist was kind and helpful. They had quick service. Efficient staff. The smell of the hotel, elevator, and rooms were clean and fresh. The bathroom needed renovation badly. Not bad setup. BUT there were something under the bed. A rat trying to try steal my donuts bag. The receptionist took action immediately.

Despite my good first impression, the nice location right next to Railway Station, my big and quiet room, super soft bed, nice facility, nice food(a little bit pricey), stable wifi, good value, I would rate it at least a four star, but somethings about this hotel make all those good impressions totally gone. First the reception lacks of initiative and greetings, I'm sure they are all good guys, and right after you arrive they will call out the tourist agency to "assist" you with your journey, talking about how I'd better need a car to airport, c'mon, that's what make people trust nobody in India. You can use Uber, Meru or Ola. And the Airport Express Line is right across the corner. Homies, it's no longer 90's when no one got the information. At night when sleeping, there is something in my ceiling making strange noises, I don't know if that is mice or squirrels or monkeys or whatever are having a fight there, but it's damn scary and made me couldn't sleep. The auto sensor in the bathroom is inspirational but also unreasonable, I need those lights to be always on when I use the bathroom, not just 5 seconds after I entered the bathroom, or maybe I don't know how it should work. The room service boy should exit and wait at the door after delivering the food, but the boy here started to approach me and wait right beside me and staring at me fetching money from my wallet, this is freaky and unprofessional and intruding. The power cut is...I understand, but everyday at least 2 powercuts is totally driving me insane with my work with Internet. A nice hotel like this should have their own backup plan and avoid this for their dear customers. I didn't even go through one powercut during my 7-day stay in a budget hotel in the bustling Chandni Chowk. I loved this hotel at the beginning, but these things changed my mind.
