This hotel is having a very tiny room, Noise of the mouse all over the night. Food is costly and not so good. Only plus point is that it is near by the railway station and good thing was the friendly staff trying to assist in such an unorganized property.
Amazing hotel.. responsive staff specially Shantanu mishra ..the guy supported us very well..keep it up Shantanu. Person like Shantanu is every hotel owner needed.. Great go ahead The hotel looks stunning from outside as well as from inside. The air-conditioned rooms are equipped with amenities like wardrobe, bottle drinking water, attached bathroom, internet Facility at some charge.Facilities like Laundry,24 hours room service are also provided.
Stayed at this property, one of the best property in pahar gunj. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff especially mr Shantanu is well mannered and very cooperative. Will stay in this hotel whenever I visit delhi.
Best in range and nice stay. location is good and no problem for parking .nice breakfast and nice hospitality . If anyone want budget hotel than go for it . I got it with very nice deal and person name Shantanu deals very well .
How to begin with!? First of all they messed up the dates for our airport pick up which made us to pay for a taxi. Fortunately they accepted to pay me back for it. Laundry service is more expensive than Europe prices and they even lost one of our jumpers! The windows wouldn’t open in the room which resulted to a permanent mouldy smell inside. Towels had a grey colour. Cleanliness of room was generally okay but toilet was bad. At least they provide toiletries that are certified cruelty free! You can hear everything as walls are the opposite of soundproof. Too much noise from upper floor probably because kitchen is located there. Breakfast was average. The worst part though is the travel agent they have downstairs. This guy booked a day tour to Jaipur when we simply asked for bus tickets to Jaipur. This resulted to us being left in the middle of nowhere about 10km away from destination and trying to figure out a way to get to Jaipur. Driver obviously didn’t want to help and pretended he didn’t understand English suddenly! Only good thing was the friendly staff trying to assist in such an unorganised property. I do not recommend this place at all. Generally too much money for nothing.
Staff and service excellent! Special thanks to Mahesh Kumar at reception for his professionalism and kindness, the security guard Damodar who helped us find repair glue at night for our puppets, "Aunty" Mina, and all the restaurant staff! Great food, comfy beds, good wifi, and great professionalism. Always ready to help and always with a smile, plus they have a currency exchange service too which was very useful for us. The showers need attention for not spilling water everywhere haha but the water is clean and hot, so that was fantastic! For our first time in India we are happy with this hotel and recommend it to anyone coming to New Delhi. Thanks again it's a good team!
Staying was safe and fun ! Food was up to the standard. Room service is also very good ! You can order whatever in the menu card 😁! Friendly staff was very helpful to me ! Specially rahul namdav! Very friendly boy and was very helpful. I recommend this hotel for anyone and specially it's very close to metro station and railway station !
Excellent hotel. Nice and helpful staff. Service is outstanding. Close to Connaught Place. Enjoyed my stay. 24 hour room service. The restaurant serves good quality food. Will definitely visit this hotel next time I'm in the city.
Stayed for 2 nights. Arrived at midnight to be greeted by rather rude night staff. After walking through the metal detector that is. I had booked an "executive room with I booked an "executive double with airport pickup." What a rip off. I was driven to the hotel in a clapped out mini van and subject to a million questions as to my itinerary in an effort to lead me into a sales pitch. Totally unacceptable. Check in was quick. Shown to room on 3rd floor. Room was disgusting. Ripped and stained bedclothes. Damp in the walls. Bathroom was appalling. The shower curtain was brown. Mould and mildew around the silicone sealant and the shower head was filthy. Bathtub just as bad. Needless to say I didn't shower atall. On the ground floor there was a rather shady travel and booking agent type character who at every opportunity tried to find out my plans sell me excursions drivers and private cars. When he found out my travel arrangements were all made he proceeded to tell me my trains would be cancelled etc etc. To be honest the man gave the impression of a crook. Contemptible. Breakfast. Taken on the rooftop terrace. Interesting. Food was basic but edible. Toast. Eggs. Omlette to order. Questionable cereals. The view shall we say, was interesting. The best thing about this hotel is that it's just 100 Mtrs from new delhi NDLS railway station. Must say. To their credit. The hotel day staff were fantastic. Happy pleasant polite people. In particular Mohi Muhmar. To conclude. I would not recommend. I would not stay again. The cost was a rip off. The pickup was a joke and the room was disgusting. By no stretch was it executive nor was the hotel any where near international standards. If you need to stay in this city choose a hotel in the new part of the city.
Great Location, Fantastic Staff. Personal Care of customer was the highlight. Would love to stay here over and over again. A little attention to breakfast menu would be good. Overall great place to live - Economical - No heightened rates in name of the service is a hall mark.
