This hotel is ok to get your head down for one night. It’s not the cleanest one we’ve been to in India but is very convenient for the airport. The ‘ restaurant’ is not great for evening dining, there were no staff when we arrived, and when we did find someone, I think the food was ordered in from somewhere and we were unable to pay by card as their machine was not accepting international cards. I would recommend dining somewhere else.

1) This is a review for OPO the Royal residency in Delhi. We checked in on February 26th 2025 for four nights of accommodation but unfortunately we had a very poor experience. The following is a list of issues the hotel has. 2)Their key system was broken and they provided us with a single physical key that did not open the door even properly without having to yank on it. If we wanted a second key for both guests they would give us the master key upon leaving that we would have to give back. 3)Toiletries in the bathroom were used. Single half roll of used toilet paper was provided. They have limited towels and no floor face or hand towels. 4)The entire Place smelled like cigarettes and even though we had a smoking free room the mattress couch and sheets smelled like cigarettes. 5)We had a single window that was facing a concrete wall. There was no natural light in the room. The general upkeep of the room was very poor with scuffs and marks on the walls and doors everywhere. No cable TV. Massive staining like blood or something else on the sheets. No fitted sheets on the bed with the sheet uncovering the bare mattress constantly at night. We demanded a refund for the remaining nights of our stay and they refused. They offered us a room with natural light but at that point there was too much wrong to have any confidence in this hotel. The bathroom still had the same issues in that room with used toiletries as well. By absolutely no means should anyone be booking this hotel.
