I paid for a basic room which was upgraded on arrival. Sadly, the noise from outside was incredibly disturbing and I had to complain multiple times to get the issue resolved. Since the hotel is located in a busy part of the city, the glass windows allowed too much traffic noise, train, and dogs barking at night. I was given a much better room, which included a separated living room space that didn’t allow the noise to come through, but this meant that anyone else staying there on a regular trip would most likely experience the same as me. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was superb. In fact I’d say the breakfast was the best part. I had a number of issues relating to cleanliness, internet speed, number of devices allowed for internet, needing to renew internet password daily, smell of smog in room, and power outages... all of which were resolved and appropriately handled. However, since outside noise (constant honking/beeping and nearby train) is a huge issue for me, I would most likely not stay there again unless willing to pay much more for large 2 room suite... and at that price, I might as well go to another high quality hotel like the Radisson Blu which my boss loved, and where I’ve stayed in Faridabad. If outside noise is not a big deal for you, this hotel is conveniently located and has decent prices for in room bar. Another factor you may want to consider is that guests can only stay over until midnight, at which point the lobby will contact you to ask that they leave. I give Mosaic an overall 4 because they took good care of me after I noted my main complaints, I would still be cautious of staying there as the overall internet policies need to be corrected for modern day tech sector employees.

Rooms are very comfortable, we had a pleasant stay at Mosaic hotel and also staff are very nice specially house keeping and Shubam from frontdesk he was awesome he help me to booked uber and also he took follow up that i reached safely or not. Thank you Shubam and all staff.

Taxi charges increased by 43% since last trip to the same location from the hotel. Problems with WiFi, had to go to reception to renew every 2nd day? Other than that the service provided was of a good standard, staff, cleanliness and food were of top order.

What went well: Very nice room and the staff was very courteous. Very nice breakfast was served consists for veg, non-veg, pastries, fruits etc Nice Lap pool and the staff was quick to spot the kids going to use the pool, came with towels. Good A/C and TV channels What could have been better: Drains in the bathroom was not working properly. It was taking a longer time to drain. Once you start taking shower, the bath area gets flooded. Could have provided enough bath mats to ensure the room is not getting wet once showered.

It was a fantastic experience to stay in India while spending 4 nights at this Hotel. Breakfast was really tasty and it was with different mouth watering and delicious items. Room service was appreciating. Reception and other services were also enjoyable. Situated near the station makes it easily and affordable access.

Very good hotel in sector 18 noida. Close to sector 18 metro station and 10 minutes distance from mall of india. Well maintained. Rooms are very clean . Food is also good. brackfast manu is same every day need to improve in same.

Over the last few years, it was the 4th time in August 2017 that I have stayed in this hotel, Must say the experience has been good as ever with clean rooms, good breakfast options, quick service along with others even though, I must also say that there were 1 or 2 staff members from the front desk who just need to be more courteous to guests

Stayed in May 2017, for some official work. Location- On blue line of Delhi metro, beside Noida Sector 18 metro station, walking distance. Nice ambience, staff is good, food is fine. Rooms are pretty good. GIP mall and DLF mall are at walking distance. World of wonders, water park, is near by.

Everything of the Hotel was good, from welcoming to check-out. We highly appreciate the hospitality shown by the hotel staff. However few things could be further improved as mentioned in the "Room tip" section.

The room had the AC which was not working, it took 4 hours for the front desk to give me a new room. Everything after that was going on fine. I had my friends over for dinner and we were sitting in the room at about 9:30 pm when Mr. Lalit Yadav-the manager of the hotel called me stating that you cannot have guests after 9 pm which is a hotel policy. When I said that we are having dinner and will leave after dinner gets over. Mr Yadav said no they have to leave immediately. I was in shock and said we will leave after dinner but in vain. He came with 4 security guards to our room and stated leave or we will throw you all out. Even Room service was refused until my friends didn't leave the hotel. My friends left at that moment and Mr. Lalit Yadav was still arrogant and not in mood to even say sorry for his rude behavior and even said that "Do whatever you want to do, we won't change our policy" When I said we will put this on all websites reviews section, he said "He doesn't care" Pathetic stay and pathetic staff!
