We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric Janakpuri. The staff was exceptional throughout our visit. From the guards at the checkpoint and the security team at the gate, to the front desk, dining room staff, kitchen team, hostess, housekeeping, and bell staff everyone contributed to a genuinely pleasant experience. Special thanks to Vishnu from housekeeping, Sudhir (whose tea we already miss), and Shivani & Amardeep at the security checkpoint for their warm and welcoming service. They truly made our stay memorable. There were a few initial hiccups with the room, but the overall experience was excellent.

The hotel, its central, close to the blue metro location (Janakpuri West station) and its enormous grounds are all features to like. The hotel is trying to modernize and improve from a legacy property which it used to be 3 years ago, so you may run into phases of construction there during your stay. The food in its restaurant is just decent with nothing standing out for its quality or flavor. Although their dinner prices are similar to other 5 star hotels in Delhi, the quality and levels are behind those surely. Non veg foods are dominated by chicken or basa fish (both cheaper proteins), and the flavors are just hanging in there for survival. I should know because I have been into cooking for the past 4-1-2 decades. I shared my honest feedback with the hotel management the day of checking out and it seemed they were very welcoming of the critical, but helpful feedback. Mt whole intent is that they get to run this hotel better than I found it, and I am sure they can with a little more focus and rigor of processes.

My stay at the Hyatt Centric Janakpuri was exceptional from start to finish. It was a long stay and the room allocated was as per my request – high floor, quiet with city and pool views. The staff were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. Thankyou Priyanka (Manager Housekeeping) for checking with me about my room. Check-in & checkout were easily handled by staff members (Shreya and the guy on checkout don’t remember his name). Thanks to Arna at the desk. Huge thanks to Karisma at the front desk for being always welcoming and looking after my request whenever I required assistance. Thanks to her again for organising Spa session at Tattva, which was another wonderful experience. The facilities were first-class from the elegant lobby and relaxing pool area to the well-equipped gym. Breakfast was a highlight, with a fantastic variety of fresh and delicious options. Room should have a pen and notepad. Security team at the entrance was fabulous. Thanks to smiling faces Santosh and Neelu. Everything about my experience felt luxurious yet comfortable. I left feeling truly pampered and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Delhi.
