The room was clean but the bedding seemed stake, pillows too high, no hand towels. Uber did not recognize the location. The streets were congested & messy.

The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the multi-lingual staff were very friendly, professional and accomodating. The room service was good as well. We were on the 1st floor and there was a lot of noise and doors slamming throughout the night, so I don't recommend it for light sleepers. Otherwise, good deal for the price. For travelers that pay through Orbitz, prepare to provide proof of payment in case it is asked for. Also, good to call the hotel ahead of time because the address that shows up in google and apple maps is very close but incorrect. We had to ask for directions quite a few times before we found it using the address listed in Orbitz.

Without any prior communication, we were rebooked into a "partner" hotel, which was not even half the price of this hotel because of some "booking" overlap, and was over a mile away, which I had to get myself to. This is a complete failure of management at best, and bait and switch practice at worst. Providing the guest a guarantee of service which aligns with the reservation is the utmost basic, in absence of which I will NOT recommend this hotel at all. Please save yourself the discomfort and hassle

The pictures are NOT what the hotel looks like. It is very basic and decently clean. The shower is not a shower but a drain in the floor of the bathroom. Sheets were clean with decent bed. Shower towels looked gross and were scratchy and threadbare. Hot water lasted two minutes the whole time we were there. If you need a quick stay to be ten minutes from Delhi airport, it gets the job done, but lower expectations. Staff is very nice.

You get what you pay for. I don’t know how some reviews here say this place is clean because it was absolutely not. Since we got there the place was smelly and when we got to the room it was full of roaches. The beds and sheets were nasty. I do not recommend to stay here it does not look like the pictures everything is old and dirty.
