Stay Away!

Hotel Persona is located on a run down side street. I did not want to get out of the taxi when we pulled up to the hotel. My room, which I had paid for in advance, was rented out to some one else. I had to wait 8 hours for another room. They did not give me the the room I requested. Instead I was given a much smaller room where it was difficult to turn around in. Their Wi-Fi was out of order for 50% of the time. I had to go to the front desk 15 times so they could access the Wi-Fi for me. When you had a problem, the desk clerk acted like they did not understand me. Hotel had marble floors and hall-ways and children and young people would keep me awake until 2:00 AM playing and talking. Complaints to the front desk were in- effective. Hot water was only available at certain hours with extremely low water pressure. Unless you have pressing business there, stay away form India. DO NOT RENT A CAR! You can not drive like they do.
