Had a very good in Karol Bagh, Food Served was delicious, Hotel Staff and Mr. Madan is very helpful, overall experience was really good Bikanerwala / Wine Shop / Gaffar Khan market is in walking distance from the hotel Only constraint is the area, mini coach and bigger coaches cannot come into this area, they would be stopped on main road and need to walk to hotel, coaches can only come before 9 AM or after 9PM

The hotel staff are all pleasant and attentive but the location of the hotel and the neighbourhood is it's biggest let down. It is in a mechanical area of the city with lots of bike workshops and auto shops. There is a metro station nearby however that you can use to get to other parts of the city. The rooms are basic with the aircon controlled by the reception desk. It was quite loud but was indeed a lifesaver considering the 40c heat outside. Hot water was not àlways available during our stay but was not needed due to the heat. The upstairs restaurant area with rooftop didn't have a great view but the area was adequate.

Much better than the C Park Hotel down the road where we stayed for our first night. Rooms clean and comfortable, although very loud street outside. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooftop bar and restaurant a very nice setting

Friendly staff. Terrace restaurant serves 2-3 items for breakfast. But they serve it fresh and hot. Dinner too has limited options. We ate the thali (full dinner). It was price friendly plus tasty. Ambience is average. No room has a good outside view. But the staff is quite cooperative and serve the guests very well. We opted this hotel only because of family rooms. Rooms are spacious, but somewhat damp.

We stayed here before heading off to the airport. The local area is very rundown, the rooms are very basic - the shower was mouldy. The hotel staff sleep on the stairs or wherever they can. Beds are rock-hard. Lots of street noise. Not recommended.

First day in India for the first time ever, and it was not a promising start. I struggle to be fully objective about this as the owner was an extremely nice man and staff were truly helpful and nice. As a first time in India with no recommendation of where to stay etc, I booked this hotel as it is used as part of a reputable tour operator. I was booked into a different hotel on Day 1- Aster Hotel round the corner. The hotel rooms were really poor. The following day I was moved back to GPI and the owner explained that because i arrived before 2pm, it was a choice between making me wait or getting me a room in the nearby hotel - which was a fair enough explanation. The room I stayed in was below average - including showers and toilet. The surrounding neighbourhood was really rundown and rough. It is not a residential or touristy area. The streets are lined up with commercial - predominantly auto parts shops for as long as you can walk. Finding a shop even is a challenge - in fact i couldn't find one for a mile in any direction. Business on street level goes on well into the night and quietens down after 12-1 am. Wifi was a struggle but same could be said about most places i stayed.. There are some positives, albeit few. The owner is a nice gentleman with some good advice on how to get around and specially how not to get mugged! There is a metro station not far from the hotel and the metros around Delhi are pretty good I found. Indian breakfast option at the hotel was nice. Overall, it pains me to say but I wouldn't recommend at all. Specially if you are tourist or visiting for the first time. I stayed in several locations after this and in hindsight it was crazy to stay in Karol Bagh. Later during my stay, i found staying just outside of Delhi in Gurgoan ( Gurugram) quiet pleasant and peaceful and its 20-30 minutes from Delhi.

Best thing they provided early check in without any extra cost, room is spacious with proper amenities, well behaved staff always ready to serve, high speed wifi on complementary & walking distance from metro

we stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It was for business purpose cum leisure trip. The hotel staff were very polite and friendly. They were prompt in providing the services we asked for. They aarranged cars for trips .the cars were in good condition and the drivers were helpful too.. the food was tasty. as we had to leave early for agra on one morning they even packed the breakfast for us. Since the hotel is situated in the garage market the surroundings will not be very appealing initially. This hotel is in close proximity to karol bagh market, which is only a walking distance from the hotel. we thouroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel and would definitely come back here the next time we visit delhi

This is absolutely one of the most disgusting 'hotel' I have ever had the misfortune of staying at in a very long time. I realize that it is a budget hotel but I'm baffled by the positive reviews. I stayed here as part of tour package at the start. I wasn't expecting much but this place was beyond description. The smell in my first room was a mixture of mildew and sweat. I asked to move to another room. It was okay until I took a shower. It was late at night. Sometime in the middle of the evening a smell from the shower woke me up. It smelled like an open sewer. I couldn't sleep the rest of the night. The air conditioner was a miss as well. Barely cool. The lobby is very small and smells like stale cigarettes. The lights in the room were poor. The sheets were dusty and dirty. The towels were gross. I found hairs and makeup on them. I luckily brought a travel towel and used that instead. I also had to wear my flip flops in the shower. There was mold everywhere. Breakfast was a miss as well. I know that traveling to India can be adventure but you can get sick at a place like this. I stayed at 4 other hotels in the same category that were far superior to this one. Also, I did not feel safe in this area at all. Heavily concentrated males in the area. Like previously mentioned it is located in a garage/auto area. I would not recommend this hotel. By western standard this would not be acceptable.

I had a 2 night stay here during our company work in Delhi. This hotel gave me fantastic services. Very polite staff, always replied very clearly and nice. Room was nice with good itinerary. I would like to recommend this hotel to anyone..
