I used to sty regularly in this property for nearly 2 years when my office was in Mahipalpur. Good location and service is also good. Food is also very good Biryani and continental food is amazing. Overall good deal.
The biggest advantage of staying here is the close proximity to the airport situated in Mahipalpur area. There are other hotels also in the same line but I feel this is the best. The airport pick-up & drop service was prompt & good. Rooms are decent, clean, quiet & with all required amenities. Restaurant at the lobby level serves morning buffet breakfast & A'la carte for lunch & dinner. Though breakfast spread could be made better but dinner was good & tasty. Room service is also there which we didn't tried. Wi-Fi was working fine & you can explore the vicinity for any shopping (lots of showroom around) or food. Staff was friendly & assisting. Met general manager Mr. Arvind Sharma in the restaurant during dinner, who was professional & assured us of any assistance! Overall felt good for a 1 night stay. Recommended!!!
Been there only for a night, few hours actually, while the connecting flight to Maldives was after 7 hours. The driver waited for us at the airport for pick-up and the same person dropped us too, and yes, timely. No complaint there. The restaurant was on the ground floor and so were the rooms allotted. So, we checked in, freshened up from the journey tiredness and went to have our dinner. We placed the order and it was at our table in 15 minutes (as I think). Although it seemed there was too much of butter in our Chicken Masala but it tasted great with the Kulcha. So, the dinner too was satisfactory. Now, it was time for rest. We had 3 hours before waking up. I slept almost instantly, the beds weren't that comfortable though. Nothing much to say about other things, as we checked out before dawn. Couldn't taste the inclusive breakfast.
The bed sheets were old and not clean. But when asked to the hotel they did change it. Don't over expect from the breakfast. They location is the main advantage, as that is right across the airport. The staff is friendly and helpful.
It was an overnight stay as the property is next to Delhi airport. The rooms were small with basic things placed inside. The prices are horribly high for a stay over here. The breakfast has got very limited menu and will make you feel disappointed when you think of the money paid for the stay. Hope management will pay heeds to it.
Front of the guest has a completely inappropriate attitude towards guests and they are completely ignoring the complaints. They sometimes even abuse on guests thinking we don't understand their language.
Stayed here for one night as the last day of our tour in India. Upon arrival, checked in with the reception. Staff were okay and did their job properly (but in comparison to the other hotels we have stayed in India, the staff were lacking in hospitality). Bellboy who took our bags up were helpful. Since there were 3 of us, an extra bed had to be provided in the room. Housekeeping (a young boy) came in 5 minutes after we entered our room to set up the extra bed. We asked him some questions about a nearby mall because we were interested in knowing whatelse is around in Delhi. He told us he did not know English. We understood, and so we asked no further questions. He proceeded to make the bed but in a hastily manner. He did not even make the blanket properly (outside sheet seperate from inside sheet) and we asked for another extra pillow for the extra bed but he kept saying no more pillows and left the room abruptly. So we had to call housekeeping through the phone and asked for an extra pillow and to make the blanket properly. Same young housekeeping boy came, now with a sour face carrying an extra pillow and put it on the bed. He made the blanket properly but was banging the bed and the sheets - showing so much anger. When he was done, he shouted "OK?!" while glaring at us and left the room without waiting for a reply. (This happened at 12May2017, 5pm, room 309) I was very disappointed after that as we had not encountered such rude staff in any hotels we have stayed in India. We had only asked for a simple request of an extra pillow (because how will i sleep without a pillow right?) and to make the blanket properly - which is their job to do. I am not asking more than what your job requires you to. There is no need for such rudeness. Anyways, hotel room was okay. Bed was comfortable and clean but floor and side table were dusty - ur feet gets black when after sometime walking on the floor. Toilet is clean also but lacking in amenities. Hotel room service is good, food is also good. Breakfast in morning is at ground floor - also provided good adequate breakfast. Wifi is also not working properly - line is not stable and at times disconnects by itself. Overall, an okay place to stay near the airport. Proper training of staff is required. Hospitality is one of the core values of a hotel. Even if u have a nice hotel but staffs are rude and hostile, it just makes a bad reputation for the hotel.
I stayed there for one night during my business trip to Delhi. Location of the hotel is a plus point as it is in the market of Mahipalpur, very close to Delhi Airport. Room was good, hotel staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was also nice. May be considered for short duration stays.
Stayed here for a night. It is located around 20 mins from the airport. Its on the main road. Check in was smooth. Had booked a suite. To my shock I found that there is no window in the suite. Overall the room was spacious, clean and well maintained but it was very gloomy. Lighting was not sufficient. It was not like a suite though. Bathroom was also clean and spacious. Toiletries were provided. A number of restaurants are avble near the hotel. Wifi was not very good. Good part is that the suite included free airport drop facility. Overall an average stay
Best part of the hotel is that it is located very close to airport. Rooms are decent. Room service is available round the clock with many option. Food is delicious. I always prefer this hotel when i have time gap between international and domestic flight and vice versa. Breakfast also has many options and it starts early morning.
