We visited last year Choosen this hotel after seeing multiple reviews on GoiBiBo Not worth Doesn't have attached restaurants to it We ordered food Dal was stinking like haven't served freshly prepared We complained for it Breakfast was OK Management is cooperative Person who sits near breakfast counter looks like owner He is slightly Rude Everytime he cross checks room during breakfast Location is good Need to have in dinning like others hotel in Paharganj

I have stayed in more than 200 different hotels; however, my stay in this hotel was one of the worse. Hotel is located in noisy area, and you can hear people talking in another room, room was not clean including the bath towel provided in the bathroom. In the website they mentioned good breakfast provided, but breakfast was one of the worse with very little selection.

It is an old hotel and the internet is very bad I would not recommend staying there And they told me in the booking they would take me from the airport, but no one was waiting for me and this saddened me

Hotel doesn't look like pictures shown. Our double bed was two single bed placed together with two single duvet placed horizontally!!! Bathroom had one towel Extremely noisy room as was close to the room the cleaners used. Could only connect one device to the Internet. Requested my money back or a discount as they didn't offer the services and facilities advertised. I was advised these were just complimentary and it is just the room you pay for. I see they also got a 8 on This is quiet high which is surprising so I wouldn't believe that rating. Maybe things have changed since that rating. Shame on you for poor service. Would not advise anyone to stay here. There are plenty of hotels nearby that are cheaper or similar priced and actually offer what they advertise.

Firstly, I had emailed the hotel requesting an airport pickup, but no one was waiting for me when I had arrived. I waited a while and then called the hotel-- they had no idea I had requested pickup. They sent someone right away though. The building itself has the makings of a very nice hotel, but is lacking in cleanliness. The sheets and linens, carpets, towels, etc were grey and coated with something filmy that stuck to my skin. I had a bathtub in my room, which was fairly nice, but I had to call the desk to request hot water. It took a very long time for room service to arrive, by the food wasn't that bad. Overall, this was a nice-ish place to stay, but could be improved by a good cleaning and some bleach. I paid $36USD for the one night, which I think is overpriced for what it is.

Very nice and clean hotel, the rooms have hit and cold water very nice Central AC cooling in the entire hotel. Come amd ask for Mr Bushan , he is very kind and also helped me check in before time as we were travelling with small kids .. This hotel is very close to the market place and walking distance to railway station & metro..

The rooms are nothing like the pictures shown on the website. Thei bedsheets had fresh curry stains and the flooors looked like they had not been cleaned for some time. No hot water and the toilet took abort 15 minuters for the tank to re-fill. The room was not cleaned and we had to ask to have It cleaned. Limited rolls of toilet paper provided. Breakfast is served in the basement, which is dark and not a pleasantly place to eat. Not thinking abort going back ever.

i just spend my few days in hotel aura. for me hotel is not good. because from the beginning i feel uncomfortable room ac is not working properly. room service is very poor. the location is not good. specially room service is horrible. I request for a towel and i stay for 1 hr.

Oh the above picture looks lovely. We stayed in this so called " suite". It was really much the same size as any other hotel room. By the time we fitted 2 x27" suitcases and 2 pieces of hand luggage in the room, there wasn't a lot of space for us. Yes we did get picked up at the airport ...the only bonus. The hotel is in a backpacker area, and this is what this hotel should be classed as. The area is very close to the main railway station, very slummy area. There are very limited eating places, let alone a bar to have a drink. It's unbelievably noisy, horns beeping 24/7. The sound proofed suite was a lie. Even with earplugs I had trouble sleeping. No bar or restaurant. Staff were barely civil and could have used deodorant. Toilet wouldn't flush, eventually they fixed that. Blood splatters on the tiles in the toilet area. The shower is in the huge spa bath, really difficult and dangerous to get in and out of. Hot water was lukewarm Bedding was stained and had cigarette burns. Wi fi just dropped in and out and really didn't work in the room, and we were above reception so don't know how other rooms fared. We had an early morning flight, before breakfast opened at 7.30, other hotels in India and elsewhere gave us little picnic boxes, this place didn't even offer. Thank god it was just one night.

We were given a windowless smoking room next to the lift (we had requested non smoking). In addition to the cigarette smell, the room smelt musty. Dirty towels too. The location is about a 5 minute ride from the centre (Connaught Place) in a Helicopter (20 rupees). The guide had said that it had a 24 hour rooftop cafe, but there was nothing up there at all - no bar and a small terrace. The tables and chairs were dusty and dirty. We visited in May, so this may have been out of season but they should mention this as it was something that we wanted from our hotel. We had to walk out to try and find drinks and a beer, but gave up after we left the street that the hotel was on upon advice from the locals who said that it wasn't safe for us to be walking around (this was in the day time...!?). We also emailed the hotel asking about the free airport pickup but no one responded so we had to get an overpriced taxi from the airport. Felt very pressured by the reception guy to arrange (overpriced) transport for us and we were relieved when he wasn't there because he kept trying to sit us down and sell us things when we just wanted to go and explore. Overall, a very average hotel.
