Welcome to home with good view of hills, located in the gated community of Deecon Valley inTapovan. The apartment is fully furnished & comes with all amenities like heating, A.C., fast broad band WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, and washing machine. Attractions like Laxman Jhula, Ram Jhoola, Ganga Arti etc are within 1 to 3 kms. We have free parking and 24/7 caretaker for you. All our apartments have sleeping furniture for 4 persons. It is ideal for workation, family holidays as well as for Yoga.
The space
The entire apartment is for our guests and it is absolutely private. We have 10 more apartments in the same complex and are listed on airbnb. The apartment comes with all the modern amenities to make your stay comfortable and relaxing, such as air-conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with LPG cook top, chimney, utensils, 24/7 hot running water, high speed WiFi, a comfortable full-size double bed, two sofa-cum-beds with a thick (18 inch) mattress, a dining table, refrigerator, cable TV and our excellent hospitality with housekeeping support.
There is only one tv in the apartment.
It is either in the bedroom or living room Depending on the time-to-time modification.
The apartment is suitable for working professionals, tourists, families as well as people looking for a long stay. We welcome your pets and there is an elevator for your convenience as well. The balcony opens to a wonderful view of the hills and has a slight breeze with sunlight coming in throughout the day.

The apartment complex is gated and has round-the-clock security, including a well secured parking which is free for your vehicle. Though the apartment has a kitchen with all the apparatuses, you can also dine in one of the various nearby cafes/restaurants that are at a walking distance from your abode. The posh neighborhood of Tapovan has more than 25 restaurants which are within radius of 1 km. Some of the great restaurants/cafe which are worth visiting are 60's Cafe, Tatva Cafe, Pure Soul Cafe and also Satvik. Negi's Dhaba, Chai Sutta and 155 Km stone offer lip smaking food at reasonable prices. Do contact us for more recommendations or access our online guidebook after you finish your booking.

The best part of the complex is its prime location which is a short 10 minute walk from Ganges and Laxman Jhoola. The ever thriving area of Tapovan with its various Yoga Ashrams, rafting and activity centers, restaurants like Aloha and Divine Resorts are all within walking distance of the apartment for fine dining experience. You can have easy access to cabs and Tuk-Tuks from the apartment complex. Please contact our craetakers for any assistance who are available 24/7.
Guest access
Our guests have private access to the entire apartment, including all the amenities. They also enjoy free and secured parking for their vehicles.

One can approach the caretaker, Rahul, or me for any assistance related to maintenance, housekeeping or any other requirement during their stay with us.
Other things to note
This is an entire apartment in a gated residential community. Our Check-In time is 3 PM and Check-Out time is 11 AM. However, we shall be glad to provide Early Check-In/Late Check-Outon charges as prescribed in our house rules. However, please tell us in advance so that we can arrange the same for you.

Our apartment is situated in a prime location, close to the following attractions and provisions:

- Laxman Jhoola: A walk of just 10 minutes.

- Ram Jhoola: A short of walk of about 1.5 KMs, can be accessed by Tuk-Tuks as well.

Goa Beach (White-Sand Bank) on Ganges: A walk of barely 10 minutes.

Rafting and adventure centers: Multiple places within a walking distance of 5 to 10 minutes.

Parmarth and Ganga Arti: A cab/Tuk-Tuk ride of about 3 KMs, then a 6-7 minute walk.

Tapovan Market: Within a walking distance of 5 minutes for your needs of groceries, toiletries, medicines and other items of use.
