Extremely frustrating that neither Orbitz for the hotel makes it clear that you have to have an airplane reservation leaving within 24 hours to stay there. An incredible oversight that caused an immeasurable amount of confusion and fatigue. Completely unacceptable.

Bad choice …did not let me into the hotel

It was a great stay inside the Delhi airport. My room had a view of check in counters and security. It was very hard to find though. Perhaps the hotel could send more specific instructions to guests about where to find the check in desk as it is extremely hard to locate.

The staff did not allow me to check in. I was told that I did not qualify for the stay because my domestic flight was from Terminal 2. According to the website, I understand international passengers taking a domestic flight can stay at this hotel in the domestic wing. Needless to say this has caused me a great inconvenience not to mention financial burden. On top of that no customer service from orbitz or the hotel was available. Total rip-off.

Getting to the hotel after landing on T3 was a journey in itself. There is a small hidden kiosk which you have to find and call someone. The hotel then sends a person to escort you through layers of security. It took 90 minutes to get to the hotel after collecting bags and left very little time to catch some sleep. Loud knocking on doors in adjacent rooms made things even worse. Even getting down is a hassle and someone has to escort you out. If you have short layover, you are better off in a lounge than trying this hotel out.

The only thing I found to be difficult was locating the HIE desk in the shopping area. It would have been more convenient if the description was more specific as to the location being beside or across from a known landmark. Everything else was great including the staff who were extremely helpful and courteous.

We were not allowed to stay in the property because we had tickets that departed a different terminal. Staff at the desk in T3 refused to help fund a room at a nearby Holiday inn. Ended up staying at a horrible 2 star hotel a ways from the airport. Please include very clear conditions for staying at this hotel - you MUST have a ticket that leaves from T3 in order to stay in this property. Horrible midnight experience after flying 20+ hours.

Very convenient. But the staff made the process from arrivals to check in very easy.

I could not check in because I did not have a boarding pass. This was not made clear in the rules on Orbitz at the time of booking. I have wasted my money and not sure if I will get a refund.

Even though I had a confirmed reservation they refused to give me a room because my booking was in the "international wing”. Manger Anand and other staffs were rude and blunt. I had booked the room online using Orbitz app and this restriction was not displayed to me at the time of the booking so Orbitz is also responsible for this trap...no room and no money back policy...😰

It is impossible to find this hotel. They do not make it easy. You have to go threw over 5 check points. To get into a basement like jail. Once you are in the hotel you can not go back to the airport and walk around without going threw the check points all over again. The elevator is policed and you can not go alone the only way inside this hotel. The food was good at the restaurant. The WiFi is also pretty fast.
