0/5 — This is not a 4-star hotel, it’s a 0-star experience I don’t understand how this property is rated as a 4-star hotel. The area surrounding the hotel felt extremely unsafe from the moment I arrived. There was an actual brawl happening right outside the entrance when I got there, and the whole environment felt sketchy enough that I decided not to check in at all. When I went inside to speak to reception, the staff member was rude and completely unhelpful. According to their own no-show policy, they are supposed to charge for the first night and refund the rest — yet they refused to follow that and offered no support whatsoever. The surroundings were also very dirty and nothing about the place felt like a proper hotel, let alone a 4-star property. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid for your own safety and peace of mind.
