Humble Staff. Good facilities and Value for money. They have everything you need including Washer/Dryer. Well equipped kitchen, nice children play area. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again on our next visit.
THE GOOD * Courteous Front Desk staff * Got free upgrade, since I was asked to wait for some time. * Spacious rooms * Fully functional kitchens in the room * Bose audio system attached to the TV * Modern interiors which are practical and efficient * Very spacious hotel with couple of banquets * Ample parking facility, with beds available for Drives. THE AREAS TO IMPROVE * House keeping staff service is slow * Breakfast menu needs to be improved, very less options * The staff serving the breakfast needs to be more courteous - I was having my breakfast and asked a steward standing close by to get me water, so he simply pointed his finger saying it is that side, similarly with tea. They all seemed not to happy serving breakfast. * The Frontdesk charged me with taxes, for giving a bunker bed to my Driver, but never gave me the bill for the same * It seems some areas are still under construction as our room lobby was locked and we could see the area needs flooring etc. THE BAD * Neighborhood
Stayed at Fraser Suites for 2 weeks before going to Doha. We felt so welcome. Especially duty manager Azeem was very friendly and helpful made us relax in lobby after a long flight off us complimentary breakfast as we arrived at 8:30 on Saturday Check in and out was a breeze. Reception staff always went out of their way to accommodate my needs and the needs of visiting family members Every morning the taxi was reserved on time by front desk. I come with lots of bags, the concierge services were wonderful as they help carrying our bags to the room without asking... My room is well maintained and if there are requests, their housekeeping Adel readily responds to your requests. The staff is awesome and really made me feel like a part of the family. there was a free shuttle to shopping centers on weekends which was super. Just need to improve on your restaurant breakfast and dinner buffet which was horrible… Most of the morning it was very busy we should wait on couple of time which some time was frustrating. On daily we used to go out for dinner.
The hotel is modern and impressive, the rooms are quite well appointed and spacious, their service isn’t that great, they have a humble restaurant at the lobby level with a fair spread for breakfast, we had lunch one day over there for the quality they served I found it to be slightly expensive. The not so great thing about this hotel is the neighbourhood and the staff, they surely can’t do much about the neighbourhood but can scale up their staff by doing more training’s.
The hotel being on the east side of New Delhi crossing the Yamuna is a quiet place to stay. Our stay there was comfortable. The hotel team are professional and quite helpful. Our stay there for 2 nights was superb.
The property is extremely practical and efficient. The appartments have a functional kitchen and a washing machine. Not much if a view but good comfy beds. The tv has standard channels available and the sound system is awesome. The breakfast spread is quite nice and the service is quite attentive. The check in checkout process was very smooth. Overall a good experience for a quick trip
Third stay Great Rooms Rubbish Amenities Very bad location Compare to some of other Fraser hotels it's a 3 star budget at best Most Taxi guys don't know how to pick up or drop Average Services Appreciate Sheetij assistance
This is one of the cleanest and decent 4 star properties with amenities in the area. If you are looing to stay in and around Noida and would like to get value for money then this is the place. The breakfast sopread is decent though nothing to talk about. The hotel offers convenience at a good price. It is suitable both for solo and family travellers. Overall a comfortable and relaxed place to stay for leisure and business travellers.
I visit Delhi for work few times a year and prefer to stay at Fraser Suites. It doesn't feel like its counterparts in other countries but is good enough anyway. The staff is a bit rusty and the amenities a bit basic but for the price, it's definitely worth it. It works for me because my office is close by, for others, the location could be an issue!
I think this is the BEST five-star hotel I have ever seen with extremely updated amenities. You will get a mini kitchen, mini salon and what NOT for the budget rooms. This hotel is located at Mayur Vihar, which is really a remote place of Delhi and doesn't seem good. The hotel staffs could be little more courteous ( considering they are FIVE-star hotel), there is NO one to take your baggage up in the room and everybody seemed quite busy ( God knows for what reason, because hotel was EMPTY like Sahara desert). I felt like I came to some backpacker hostel while going to the room. The Breakfast was quite clean and good, I have complains on that too.
