The hotel is a bit far from the main city spots, but there is a metro station just in the door. I prefer to use metro than taxi or tuk tuk in crazy Delhi traffic. The restaurant is amazing. Good swimming pool on the top.
It is not recommended to stay at this hotel. For a Frasersuites hotel it is very poorly managed and in disrepair, it is simply earning revenue until it is no longer habitable. Don't be fooled by the photos on the website, whilst the rooms are similar, the rooms have not been maintained correctly, moving appliances/ cutlery/ crockery from other rooms which are not occupied. There are electrical appliances wired by twisting pairs of cables and using insulation tape and hence meets no respectable electrical standards. Most repairs are temporary, and you will spend significant time of your vacation trying to have a room which is functional and chasing kitchen utensils which have been moved to please other room occupants. The door seals are not working so you will have the smell of a local drain in your room which is not pleasant. The hygiene is very poor, it is a fault of lack of training and changing staff providing a lack of consist cleaning. Unfortunately the hotel management do not understand. Cleaners use same cloths to clean kitchens and toilets. Towels are falling to pieces and have been washed 100s of times. The gym equipment is over 10 years old and hence requires replacement, hence 50% of equipment is generally out of use due to waiting for external contractor to repair as they persist with repair instead of replacement. The swimming pool is a breeding ground for pidgeons, so generally covered in pidgeon excrement which is not cleaned by staff or if it is probably using the swimming pool water. There are broken panes of glass on each floor for the access ways to rooms, despite being cracked are not being repaired by what can only be assumed to be because they haven't entirely shattered and fallen out or injured anyone. If you have children forget it, it is simply dangerous. When it rains there are a lot of leaks in the building resulting in a damp mouldy smell, hotel solution is using towels and buckets, you will see 10s of these located round the building so watch your step, don't envisage there are any plans to repair. The restaurant is terrible, coffee and tea is the same to staff so it's a surprise what you get. Bread is always stale, and hence not edible. The fruit juice is not fresh. Yogurts are often warm as the refrigerator is broken and they are using ice cubes as a solution as itis assumed they don't wish to repair. Hot food is thought to be recycled from day to day and hence not fresh. As a recommendation if you wish to stay in this area stay in either he Holiday Inn or Crowne Plaza which is local. Both have a much higher standard as you would expect for the price.
We had to flee after the first night. The staff are lovely, so its a shame that the hotel is what it is...a dump. A new coat of paint would help as a start in the right direction. This hotel is a decade past its prime and the pictures are not current. Check in was lovely and that was it. The rooms at first glance are nice until you turn the lights on and look. Not clean at all. The studio rooms that my co-workers had face a unfinished building (10 feet away) that looks like a bombed out building from a never ending civil war (check google and you'll see). So NO view except for that. Seriously depressing. I had a 1 bedroom suite, it was massive but not clean...the view was ok but nothing to write home about. The pool area was covered in pigeon poop, and you would not want to get into that pool. The steam room/sauna was a no. The gym, no. The food was not great either. We basically had to demand a refund and leave the next day. We moved to the Hilton in South Delhi....it was better, but still a disaster. This would be my first of about a dozen hotels in India during our stay. I really didn't realize just how far it was from everything. A ONE HOUR drive. The so called Shopping Center next door was impossible to get to on foot and it was a third rate strip mall. The roads around the hotel are not really safe for walking. I strongly strongly encourage you not to stay here unless you have to. This hotel would be considered a 1 star motel in North America. Frasier needs to start removing its name from hotels like this...not the only property I have come across by them that is past its prime.
The best staff I've ever came across while traveling! Ms.Rehka was very polite and helpful accommodating my husband and I with all of our needs. Sandeep, Rahul, Rakesh and Neeraj were especially wonderful! This staff made us feel right at home. We were very comfortable staying here. The security was top notch! The Hotel was very clean and the food was amazing!!!!! I recommend this Five Star Hotel 100%
I liked the hotel for the rooms and the way it used to be equipped all the way from ipod dock; bose home theatre; induction cooking, etc etc. The buffet used to be Lavish and the preparations were amazing. I guess but it surely needs upgradation, the room equipments were not working; the buffet dinner was disappointment. Yet, I would like to give it one more chance if they are ready to upgrade. Else, new delhi is a very competitive market. Best of luck.
I stayed at your hotel for 1 month and the stay was very nice. Felt like home. The reason for the stay being wonderful was because of for your staff at the front desk Mr Azeem as he was very very helpful through out the stay. It is because of people like him that your hotel is doing well. Thank you all for the wonderful stay.

I visit the restaurant with my family on 13th May 2017 evening. I must say it a worst experience. My experience includes - 1. I had brought the dinner package before I went and they took 15-20 min to understand coupon. They took my mobile to show it to their senior to understand it various times. For that duration, they even did not even bother to serve water even asked. 2. Later, they showed me that package menu. From that package, they served extremely less quantity which caused to order more and which was requested to paid extra. 3. They served bread first and after 15-20 min, they served vegetables. 4. There was only one waiter which was handling the completed restaurant. 5. We used to call waiter 5 to 7 times just to get water refilled. 6. Their "Rasmalai" was so bad, we spitted our first bite to it. 7. They say to watch match on big screen, but it was not too big than a normal projector and even the wires was spread all over. 8. Last but not least, the food quality was extremely bad so much that we planned to take meal outside; however, we just took one biryani which was a little Ok and filled our stomach with it.
