I stayed for one night before my flight the next day. I was expecting a relaxing and quite night. However, there was a wedding at the hotel which made it quit noisy and I barely got any sleep. The noise continued late into the night, interrupting my sleep and eventually I ended up tossing in my bed most of the night. My guess is that this hotel is a popular venue for weddings and other events given it has a lot of space and open grounds. I would not stay here if you are looking for some quite time.
Front desk and bell staff were nice. Dinner and drink choice is very limited.

Close to the airport. They have paid shuttle service to the airport, but I Uber works well too.

Just stay away. Due to snowstorm in New York, my flight got canceled and I looked on Orbitz for last minute stay. And that's when I saw this appealing price (100$ per night), close to airport and complimentary Breakfast. So I booked it. From the moment you walk in, it starts disappointing you. Even when they did their best, staff couldn't uplift or make appealing this lifeless property. Early morning, loud noises of Vacuum starts blasting, Free Wifi never worked for 4 days of my stay (Due to some technicalities, staff said :( I walked in to Restaurant 15 minutes before buffet closes, but staff rudely said buffet is closed. Had no other option but to order food. Next day in breakfast, I ordered Orange Juice and they brought in some cold drink mixed with bit of Orange Juice. It just looked like Ghost Town.
Plugs for charging iPhones and laptops were not sufficient and were not in good condition.
We had a great experience at Four Points in New Delhi. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and easily accessible to the international airport. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The restaurant and complimentary breakfast was fresh and delicious. Breakfast buffet had many Indian and International delicious choices. Great value for money.
