Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
It was a horrible experience. The property was really dirty and pathetic. The service was awful. The rooms were already occupied by some other guests and the kitchen was filthy and full of trash. The bathroom was clogged and full of dirt and hairs. The other areas were full of dirt and the windows were covered with dust and cobwebs. It was a horrible experience for us.
