Very nice property in not so nice area. Very loud, unsafe at night, also wild dogs down the street. Food is good. Bed is comfortable. Hot shower is nice! If on a budget this place works, but I think next time I will stay at a better location.

Hotel within 5 minute walk of New Delhi rail station within Old Delhi. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff members are efficient and polite. The breakfast was good (Western options of cereal and egg - omelette, fried, scrambled available. Location can be noisy (it's a bustling area) I slept well

Central location, rooms of a decent standard

Found the service a bit lacking here. Staff seemed disinterested and it took forever to get check in done, with them seemingly wanting to do everything but check us in. The rooms were fine with a decent shower and comfy bed. Some road noise from the rooms that face out onto the street (ask for courtyard if you don't want this). Breakfast was good. The 'cafe' was nothing exciting though. It's not really a thing and it's advertised within the property. I thinkt hey will do you food but they don't seem keen on advertising that. Close to New Delhi train station and metro, but you have to cross and walk down a quite busy and confronting street so it's not for the faint hearted. That being said, the location was really central and ideal for us.

This is a very clean property. However, the street is full of hotels. Most of these are not very good. Food is good. restaurant is clean. Overall, it is a good place to stay. Rooms are nicely ventilated. However, rooms are small.

Straight up: This hotel itself, once you walk through the doors, in regards to the food and the staff, is very nice. Stylish, comfortable, fast consistent WiFi. This is entirely incongruous with the area around it, which can only be described as grotty and unappealing on many fronts. If you _need_ to stay in Paharganj, near New Delhi railway station, it is a very solid option. If you prefer more appealing surroundings near your hotel, this might not be your best option.

Short stay in Delhi

A clean and comfortable budget hotel similar to Travelodge in the UK. Nice touch with the common area and teas, coffees etc. it’s not the nicest area of Delhi but it is off the main road and not down a dark alley. Would recommend Bloomrooms again.

Arrived at Bloomrooms after midnight and they claimed they had not received any booking from Expedia despite my showing a booking confirmation and receipt. Apparently this is an ongoing issue with Bloomrooms and they often turn away traveller due to overbooking. Front desk staff refused to help find an altermative accommodation stating that 'its not our problem' opting to sit watchi g videos on their phones while i searched for other hotels in the middle of the night.
