We stayed at Aloft twice. This is specific to our stay at the Aloft Jan. 15-Jan 16, 2025. Our son left his aura ring in the bathroom. When we called from the airport, the guy at the hotel took our info and said that someone will contact us. No did. It's been over 3 days. Very disappointed.
