We checked in to the hotel after driving for hours, told the front desk clerk our reservation was for 2 nights gave her my ID, she pulled up some information gave me my room key, there was already guest in the room we checked into, I went back and told the front desk lady if she was sure we only booked a 1 day stay, she said yes and if we checked out past 11 she was going to charge us for staying an hour extra so we woke up early and checked out,ok so we checked out in the morning, all day with no hotel since our hotel is booked by our company, all day I am trying to get a hold of our company CEO since he books hotels for us but he is in Mexico with no phone service, later in the day when he got phone reception he gives me a call and ask me why I was asking for another reservation of a hotel if he booked us 2 nights, well we go back to the hotel explain our situation how we have been all day without a hotel and all they can say is sorry for the inconvenience, didn't re compensate us for the false information and going all day without a hotel, at night the next door neighbor checked into his room to find out he was booked into a room that was already being used by a guest... if this is what they do I will never book again with Quailty Inn and Suites, taking my business else where.

The customer service was excellent, rates, policies & procedures were explained in detail and with a smile. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The 2 double queen beds allowed enough room for my granddaughters as well as for us. Beds were pillowed enough to enjoy a great night's sleep. Location was superb, as it was a skip and a hop to the mall, theater and a variety of places to eat at. Amistad Dam and The Springs were a sight to see as we enjoyed long quiet walk. The best liking of the trip was the friendly welcome we got everyday when having our delicious breakfast and the least liked was no pool.

We stayed at this hotel, the room was a suite and a very comfortable bed. The room was clean, in an excellent location. Room was very clean, can't say anything bad about this hotel. We were about 30 miles from Seminole Canyon which was our objective on this trip. Breakfast was also good, and people friendly.

Not really sure why this is rated as high as it is. This was the most insecure hotel ever. NO identification asked for the multiple times that our room key quit working. I actually forgot my key and went to the front desk and asked if I could possibly get a key for room 201, the clerk turned, grabbed a key and programmed it for the room I asked for. No explanation, no ID, no questions asked at all. The rooms were adequate, but there was nothing exceptional about the room. Breakfast was minimal and adequate, but I would definitely would recommend going somewhere for a great breakfast taco.

Clean, friendly, awesome suite, great breakfast! Highly recommend! Suite rooms very comfortable with couch, coffee table, desk, microwave, frig., trctr trailer limited parking spaces very helpful for us. Bedroom clean, comfy beds, tv in both rooms. Ideal area outside hustle and bustle of area towns. Wish we could have stayed longer but we were just passing through & needed rest. Thanks to Igonza at front desk

My first time in the area. I found the hotel clean, but it definitely has some age. Shower head was high enough for me. The room air conditioner, when I turned it on, showed it was trying to go to 60 degrees. It was only 90 outside, but still took the unit a good 12 hours to make the room cold enough to use the comforter. Breakfast started (and ended) later than most places, and was a little thinner than most.

We stayed here 3 days in September. The wifi and cable TV are good. The rooms have been newly remodeled with lots of granite in the rooms. The carpet, drapes and ceramic tile are new. The room has a nice flat screen TV. The sofa in the room is old, and stained! It really should be replaced! The vanity that hold the microwave, and refrigerator is in disrepair, and should be at least fixed. It looks like the Hotel just sprayed for bugs, but did not bother to pick up the dead roaches. There is a dead roach in my room, and one in the 2nd floor hallway. Dead roaches are all over the parking lot, and at the front check in entrance. They never vacuumed the carpets my whole stay! There is a piece of pop corn at the carpeted entrance to the 2nd floor, right at the breakfast room door. The pop corn was there my whole stay. They only cleaned my room 1 time, and did not replace the soap, and shampoo. They left hairs in the bathtub! No pen and paper in my room. The breakfast is fair. No whole wheat bread. The pastries are of cheap quality. The orange juice is just that, orange! It's mostly water! The ice machine is broken! No ice my whole stay!

The hotel has rooms better than a Hampton or in the Quality of a 4 Star. Best bed I have had in a hotel accept the Hilton in Dallas. The young man at the front desk is very very helpful. He recommended a steakhouse called Cripple Creek. It's not the Mansion but had a good ribeye steak. Suggest a king suite with 3 rooms. Free breakfast was ok. I will stay here again

The hotel is in the process of remodeling. We had an upstairs room that decent, but the hallways were a complete disaster with remodeling mess left out by workers at the end of the day. It was not pleasant and made the hotel seem seedy. Pool looked pretty green, so we did not try it.

We were quite dismayed when we pulled up here as we were pretty sure that this was a Knights Inn a few years back where we were almost ready to leave. We took a chance and were blown away by the size of the suite and how nicely furnished it was. That said, it seems they got the cart ahead of the horse and the rest of the much needed remodel was still on the back burner. The room was clean and it was a good night's rest for the price.
