This hotel is in need of serious refurbishment. The hall carpets were filthy. The room furniture is falling apart with gouges and missing handles. The vanity mirror had only 1 bulb, 2 were missing. No hairdryer. The sheets and spread were dirty. Breakfast included was only served until 8:00 am so missed that.

The main issue we had was that we were traveling with our 9-month-old, and had checked both online and by calling ahead to confirm that there would be a crib available, but when we arrived we were informed that the hotel did not have any cribs. One of the staff who was on duty (Sylvia, I think) was very helpful in trying to help us come up with alternatives, but being told by someone else that there were cribs when there weren't was pretty crummy. Other than that, there were some issues with the room (grimy air vents, water damage in a few spots, broken door latch on one of the interior doors), and the "continental breakfast" had spoiled juices and stale cereal.

Ok place to stay overnight, the floors looked like it had a film that you could see shoe prints on it . Breakfast was ok not much on choices. Waffle, cereal, toast, bagels, yogurt, and lots of sweet toppings. Great staff.

When I arrived no one was at the front counter , had to ring a bell and wait. Room was old and didn’t have any table lamps only one porch light they had hung on the ceiling . All the plugs were loose . Microwave did not work . Gum was stuck on the top of the headboard. They advertise hot breakfast eggs sausage etc. they had none of that . Even the coffee that was made was Luke warm from the night before . No microwave to warm it up. Guess you get what you pay for . Would not recommend this place .

The desk clerk Silvia was rud & unprofessional. She refused to a commendate our request at breakfast. They had no restrooms for customers near front/ breakfast area.The 2nd floor had water sprinklers installed but not covered or sealed, especially in our room!
