First off the baths towels were in the dryer and not dryed all the way ,which made them smell like mildew..there was a almost empty roll of paper towels and no rolls to replace ,there was old food in the cabinets and refrigerator. There is actually a weekly pill dispenser full of pills that is in the cabinet that Im assuming was left by a guest.The queen bed in the master bedroom had no top sheet just a comforter.there was no bath mat in either bathrooms..which made for a slippery exit out of the shower. There was old bar soap left in the showers.The toilet in the second bathroom had the water turned off because it wouldn't shut off after you flushed it.On a good note the A/C worked perfectly and had ceiling fans in all the rooms.The recliner in the living room needs to be trashed. .it leans to the left ..The trailer was a nice trailer ,it just needs a little of attention to make it better.
