Your Del Mar and Torrey Pines adventure begins at this 4-bedroom house. Nestled above the famous Torrey Pines beach, with white water views and cool ocean breezes day and night. The ocean is visible fromvirtually every window in the home. Several entertaining areas throughout the space include a backyard kitchen and dining area, and beautiful sunset front deck, master bedroom deck and large furnished sky roof deck. Inside, guests find a pleasant space featuring 2 - ensuite master bedrooms upstairs, both furnished with king size beds. Downstairs includes 2 queen beds in 2 spacious guest rooms downstairs. There is an additional queen sized pull out futon in the media room for kids. The home is peaceful and relaxing and quiet away from the busy streets up above. Perfect for a restful night. Relax and enjoy the ocean breezes and peaceful garden space. The house includes 4 bathrooms, ensuring comfort and convenience for everyone. Two living room areas, one downstairs and one on main ground level. Downstairs features a cozy living/ media room a wonderful spot to unwind after a day of exploring. This house can accommodate 8-10 people with ease. Home has central heating and a new AC unit, the temperature stays just right no matter the season. This enchanting home invites guests to relax and make lasting memories. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our beach house.
