Spacious Oceanview Home in Del Mar, CA. Mid Century Details in home- very clean and bright and less than 1 mile from quaint downtown shopping and restaurants- walkable. Enjoy the racetrack and beach. Property has large pool and spa. 1/2 mile from Famous Del Mar Beach. Kitchen has gas stove, dishwasher and right off large patio overlooking pool. There is also a private yard with lawn. We are 1/2 mile from Vons, Starbucks, CVS and other basic amenities and 1/2 mile from Hwy 5 (home is on west side of 5) overlooking ocean. Master has private bathroom. There is off-street parking on Condesa.
