Amazing property with roof deck overlooking the lagoon and distant views of the ocean. Walking distance to the beach, trails through a canyon, and Roberto’s, an iconic San Diego taco shop. Would definitely stay here again. Close enough to the interstate to get some noise on the deck but volume depends on wind direction. Host was great.

Perfect for a little getaway to California. It’s in a great location, walking distance to town and beach, and you feel like your a local. Well appointed room and kitchen, easy parking and check-in, just enough distance from the owners home to feel private yet taking care of, if needed. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place to stay in Del Mar! Host was fantastic. They were very helpful and had every accommodation you could ask for. Had amazing lists of ideas to try out. We loved the roof top patio. We sat out there every morning and evening. It’s about a one mile walk to the beach. We would grab a coffee and burrito on our walks down there. Very clean and amazing place to stay! No ridiculous check in/out process. We wouldn’t think twice about coming back!

Adam was great to work with: timely & courteous in his communication. Property is perfect for 1 or 2 people: well-furnished, clean, quiet & intimate. Loved the roof top sitting area for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Was there 4 days & never had a problem finding street parking directly in front of the unit. Gate enters into a beautifully landscaped courtyard, property was well-stocked we everything we could want. Easy walk down to the beach & local restaurants/coffee shops.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.
