When you're seeking privacy and peace, hang out by your private pool. Glimmering, expansive, and shrouded in sunshine, the enclosed yard is home to a pool and ample seating. Extending to more than just the enclosed yard, enjoy the balmy California weather from one of the home's spacious balconies, all offering stunning views. The showstopper though is the rooftop deck. From here, take in peek-a-boo views of the ocean while grilling on the provided gas grill.

Inside, find that the home's charm continues throughout every room, corner, and corridor. The living room adorned with ample natural lighting, a soft sofa, and a large TV provides the perfect place to kick your feet up and tune into a movie or just relax watching the fish in this home's built in saltwater aquarium. The gourmet kitchen is any chef's dream with its suite of stainless steel appliances, farmhouse sink, and gleaming, expansive countertops. When you aren't dining alfresco, eat family-style at the formal dining table.

The main home features five bedrooms, each spacious, light-filled, and well-decorated, offering little luxuries your loved ones will adore; private TVs, work desks, and scenic windows views. The primary bedroom, an oasis in itself, has a gas fireplace, direct access to a private balcony, and a luxe en suite bathroom. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
