We picked the property because it had a spa and pool Working all day in 10 degree weather, spa sounds really good. Upon check in found that pool and spa were closed for remodeling....igh
Other than the air conditioner not getting the place quite right, it was a good place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Breakfast was regular continental type breakfast. Wouldn't mind staying there again if in the area.
Room clean, furniture not new, good breakfast, close to US24.
in town for wedding, room was ok, extremely overpriced. Average hotel stay, would recommend if the price was 60-70$ a night. Staff shouldn't be knocking on the door at 9 am...twice. by two different employees. Checkout isn't until noon, fyi. Other than that, accommodating enough. FYI, gas station/truck stops/restaurants next door claims to be open 24/7, staff is extremely unorthodox and unwelcoming. Don't rely on food service from them. Best Western had a very nice hot breakfast.
i think my room had a guest before me with pets ,and smell pets very strong in hallway

I am a frequent traveler for work and this hotel was a very pleasant surprise. The location is very convenient, the room was spacious and very clean, the staff was very friendly, and there is a nice restaurant across the parking lot if you need a bite. I will definitely stay again if I come back to the area!
My room was quiet and clean. However, the tub drained very slowly, and was almost half full when I completed my shower. Also the the bottom of the iron was smeared with an unknown black substance which immediately transferred to a shirt when I attempted to iron it. If there was a TV channel guide in the room, I couldn't find it.
The staff was accomodating. It was a good stay for a short weekend, but I wouldn't recommend a long stay at this hotel. It was good value; we always say, you get what you pay for. Would not recommend for a stay where you will be spending a lot of time at the hotel.

Hotel was great, BUT I will never book thru Orbitz again, it is cheaper to book directly thru the hotel itself.
