The hotel is very nice, good location but the room was not cleaned properly in the bath room or frig. The manager on duty took care of the problems right away to our satisfaction.

The hotel was pretty new. They are in the process of fixing their spa and pool so we were not able to use it. Breakfast food was good and there were a nice choice of food. The hotel staff were friendly. The room was clean and well kept. It was close to the college and the main street so it met our needs.
I was five hours late due to airline delays and didn't arrive till close to midnight. The room was so spacious and quiet. It had a small refrigerator and a microwave oven, and a coffee machine. The bed was just right and the television worked and was a good size. The bathroom was large and a good supply of towels and toiletries. There was a buffet breakfast included which was excellent: pancakes, bagels, biscuits, bacon, eggs, and all kinds of fruit and cereals. One could also fix a tray and take it back to your room, which I did. Being alone and retired, it was added comfort to have breakfast in my room with my choice of channel and no strangers' cell phone conversations. The price was very very reasonable. Highly recommended.
We had an excellent stay! The room was spacious, good AC (it was 90 degrees or more) and enjoyed the swimming pool with two 4 year olds! The free full breakfast was great and our son loved to watch the pancakes being made. Quiet at night too so slept well. Thank-you for the great service!
There isn't much in Defiance, but this hotel was close to stores, etc. The room was clean and comfy and the breakfast was good.
