Front desk staff person was delightful. The HVAC unit worked fine, but was incredibly noisy as it cycled on and off. Fortunately, I'm a pretty sound sleeper. Room was clean - could use a little more attention to corners, but that's maybe being a little picky. Beds are firm, but comfortable in my opinion. This was my second stay here and I would recommend it.
